The different anisotropic nanocomposite permanent multilayer films will be prepared by magnetron sputtering. Influences of magnetocrystalline anisotropy of hard phase layer and the ratio of hard and soft phase layer on magnetic properties,long range exchange coupling and the coercivity mechanism will be investigated. Influences of different thickness and materials of spacer layer on alignment of hard magnetic layer and the effective exchange coupling length will be studied to find the intrinsic relationship between these factors and exchange coupling. The relationship between magnetic properties and the mechanism of long range exchange coupling will be investigated by changing electroconductibility of different multilayer.Influences of these conditions on distribution of the magnetic moment of the interface and interlayer of the samples will be investigated by changing magnetocrystalline anisotropy of hard phase layer and applying field, to further find out the regularity and the effects of these conditions on magnetic properties and exchange coupling. Combined with the micromagnetic simulation, it will give a scientific evidence to set up the long range model of anisotropic exchange coupling between hard and soft phases, which will offer a role of guard for the development of nanocomposite permanent magnets.
采用磁控溅射方法制备不同的各向异性的纳米复合永磁多层膜,系统研究不同的硬磁层的各向异性和软磁和硬磁的比例对磁性、长程交换耦合机制和矫顽力机制的影响。 研究不同的隔离层材料和隔离层厚度对硬磁层的取向和有效的交换耦合长度的影响,从而找出这些因素与交换耦合的内在关系。通过改变不同结构的多层膜中的隔离层的导电性研究不同结构的多层膜中长程交换耦合机制与磁性的内在关系及矫顽力机制的异同。通过改变硬磁层的磁晶各向异性,同时外加改变磁场研究其对界面处和层间磁矩分布的影响,进而研究这些因素对交换耦合机制和磁性能的影响,找出其内在的规律。结合微磁学模拟的方法,为建立一个各向异性的硬磁与软磁形成长程交换耦合理论模型提供科学依据。对进一步发展纳米复合永磁体提供有效的指导作用。
