The deep carbonate formation is a new important drilling and exploration area in China which has typical characteristic of narrow pressure windows, easily leading to well loss or well kick. Managed pressure drilling is a feasible technology to solve the drilling problems and make some improvements. But there are still many kernel theoretic problems of managed pressure drilling in the deep carbonate formation.For example, the wellbore multiphase flow problem under the coupling effect of well kick and well loss is not solved effectively, forward the fast monitor and control method of well kick or loss in wellbore and pressure auto-control method has also many problems. In the study, it is to adopt an integrated method of theroy study, field and indoor experiment.Under the law of fulid permeability, the principle of mass balance and pressure balance,it start the research of dynamic pressure under drilling fluid pressure transfer and machine action, and the research of the coupling flow characteristic of well kick and well loss in the deep carbonate formation. In results, it establishes a new method of wellbore pressure monitor and control, pressure auto-control and choke optimum in order to bulid the theorectic foundation for the safety and effective drilling and exploration in the deep carbonate formation.
深层碳酸盐岩油气藏是我国目前油气资源开发的重要新领域,具有典型的"窄密度窗口"特征,易漏易喷,适合采用控压钻井技术。尽管取得了一定进展,但是碳酸盐岩地层控压钻井的核心基础理论问题,即溢流与漏失耦合作用下的井筒动态多相流动规律尚未得到很好的解决,相应的井下溢流漏失快速检测和自动控制技术也有待于完善。本项目拟采用理论研究、室内试验与现场试验相结合的方法,基于碳酸盐岩地层的渗流特性以及质量平衡、压力平衡原理,对流体、机械耦合作用下控压钻井井筒压力动态变化规律进行研究,分析深层碳酸盐岩地层溢流、漏失耦合流动特征,探索适合深层碳酸盐岩精细控压钻井的井筒工况检测及压力、节流优化控制方法,为碳酸盐岩储层安全高效勘探开发奠定理论基础。
