It has clearly proposed with the strategy to promote the balanced development of nationwide urbanization and realize the new type urbanization in the report of The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and The National Plan for 13th Five-Year. During the fast urbanization and industrialization, Taihu Lake Basin shows significant change of urbanization spatial structure, that is, the land resources and water resources are hindering more and more severely the social and economic development as a bottleneck and the ecological environment shows tendency of weakness. The carrying capacity of ecological environment is at present a major factor hindering the realization of urbanization targets of the Taihu Lake Basin. This paper studies mainly the urbanization spatial structure simulation and optimization of the Taihu Lake Basin based on the multi-objective ant colony algorithm. In the paper, the spatial distribution data of ecological carrying capacity obtained from the ecological environmental carrying capacity model and data collected earlier concerning land utilization, water resources, social and economic performance are used to study the optimization issues of urbanization spatial structure of the Taihu Lake Basin in the future on the premise of sustainable development, in three levels (county territory, city territory and regional territory) and based on the multi-objective ant colony algorithm. The regional economic development strategies and key contents are taken into consideration for such study from the perspective of the carrying capacity of ecological environment. The study here will contribute to enrich the theoretical knowledge about the large-scale urbanization spatial structure of China from the perspective of space remote sensing technology and the digital earth concept. The research on the optimization and simulation of urbanization spatial structure in different scales will also help promote the realization of the new type urbanization strategy and the sustainable development of the society, economy and ecology.
党的十八大报告及十三五规划明确提出促进全国城镇化均衡发展,实现新型城镇化战略。在高速城镇化和工业化进程中,太湖流域城镇化空间格局变化显著,土地资源、水资源等对社会经济发展的“瓶颈”制约日益加重,生态环境呈脆弱态势,生态环境承载力是目前制约太湖流域实现新型城镇化战略目标的主要因素。本研究基于多目标蚁群优化算法,重点研究太湖流域城镇化空间格局。利用生态环境承载力模型获得的生态承载力空间分布数据,以及土地利用、水资源、社会经济等前期已收集的数据,综合区域经济发展战略和重点,分别从县域、市域和区域三级研究单元,基于多目标蚁群优化算法,着重从生态环境承载力的角度研究太湖流域未来城镇化空间格局的优化,并对结果进行评价。本研究探讨不同空间尺度下城镇化空间格局优化,有助于从空间遥感技术和数字地球理念丰富我国区域范围内不同研究尺度的城镇化空间格局的理论认知,促进实现新型城镇化战略和社会经济生态的可持续发展。
