The reserves of titanomagnetite with chromium are very rich in China, but its wide application has always been restricted by technological problems. Combining with the problems during vanadium extraction from converter using vanadium containing hot metal with chromium content for application of titanomagnetite with higher chromium, the present project studied the scientific questions, including studing the effect of Cr2O3 on phase composition and occurrence state of vanadium in FeO-SiO2-V2O3-Cr2O3 system as well as the properties of the slag, studying the effect and mechanism of Cr2O3 on activity of V2O3 in molten slag, determing the activity interaction coefficient of components in hot metal and complementing the thermodynamics database. And by thermodynamics and kinetics analysis, the effect and mechanism of chromium on oxidation behavior of vanadium and carbon in hot metal are to be studied, establishing the dynamic model of multi- component in hot metal, and providing theoretical basis for vanadium extraction using vanadium containing hot metal with higher chromium content as raw materials. At the same time, the effect and mechanism of Cr2O3 on reaction between vanadium oxide containing slag and the rtefractories are also studied, and the wear mechanism of converter linings is to be elucidated, providing theoretical basis for technology development of improving the serveic life and technology of converter protection.
我国含铬型钒钛磁铁矿储量丰富,但受科学与技术问题制约一直未能得到广泛应用。本申报项目结合含铬型钒钛铁水转炉吹炼提钒的研究现状,研究含钒铁水转炉提钒过程中的基础科学问题,主要研究Cr2O3对FeO-SiO2-V2O3-Cr2O3四元体系的矿物组成及渣中钒的赋存状态的影响规律,研究Cr2O3对含铬钒渣性质的影响规律,研究Cr2O3对 渣中V2O3活度的影响规律及其作用机制,建立渣中V2O3活度模型,测定铁水中组元的活度相互作用系数,完善含铬钒体系基础热力学数据,通过热力学与动力学分析,研究铬对铁水中钒、碳氧化行为的影响和钒在渣-金间分配的影响规律及其作用机制,建立铁水中多组元氧化的耦合动力学模型,为利用含铬型钒钛铁水转炉提钒技术的开发提供理论依据。同时,研究铬对钒渣与耐火材料之间反应的影响规律及其作用机制,掌握耐火材料的损毁机理,为利用含铬型钒钛铁水提钒技术的开发提供理论依据。
我国含铬型钒钛磁铁矿储量丰富,但受技术问题制约一直未能得到广泛应用。本申报项目结合含铬型钒钛磁铁矿利用过程中含铬型钒钛铁水转炉吹炼提钒所存在问题,研究含钒铁水转炉提钒过程中的基础科学问题,在构建FeO-SiO2-V2O3-Cr2O3体系相图的基础上,通过对含铬型钒渣熔体微观结构的研究,揭示了Cr2O3对FeO-SiO2-V2O3-Cr2O3四元体系的矿物组成及渣中钒的赋存状态的影响规律,揭示Cr2O3对含铬型钒渣黏度特性的影响规律与作用机制;通过结合实际提钒转炉的生产条件建立含铬型钒钛铁水中多组元氧化的耦合动力学模型,揭示了铬对铁水中钒、碳氧化行为的影响和钒在渣-金间分配的影响规律及其作用机制,为利用含铬型钒钛铁水转炉提钒技术的开发提供理论依据。同时,在揭示提钒转炉用耐火材料损毁机理的基础上,结合提钒转炉工作环境,开发了新型提钒转炉用耐火材料,为推动提钒转炉用耐火材料更新换代与寿命提高提供了重要的理论依据。
