国内市场分割演进的测度、分解及经济效应研究

The degree of integration of the domestic market is an important parameter to measure the country's market development and the efficiency of resource flowing. Market segmentation does harm to the formation of the harmoniously and orderly regional division of labor based on comparative advantage .Imbalance between the inside market and the outside market is not conducive to achieve economies of scale,which impede releasing the potential of economic growth.For the transformation of China's economy, how to cultivate a unified market, has become an important issue to be solved. The study mainly include: (1) Progress for the country as a whole and the regional market integration, the establishment of the econometric model to measure and contrast.(2) Based on the perspective of the history and logic, analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting market integration ，We establish the model which decomposes influencing factor. (3) Examining the impact of the domestic market segmentation on the economic growth.By adding the market segmentation index to the classical model of economic growth ,We study the market segmentation of dynamic impact on China's macro economy.Building a regression equation for the change of the regional economic growth to study the impact of regional market segmentation on regional economic growth. (4) On the basis of the above analysis,We will get the effective mechanisms and methods to solve market segmentation.From the combination of logical and empirical point of view, We study the evolution of the unique law of the domestic market segmentation, which has important practical value for building unified domestic market,which will promote China's economic growth of internal and external equilibrium.

国内市场整合程度是衡量一国市场发育和资源流动效率的重要参数。市场分割不利于区域间依据比较优势实现和谐有序分工，内外市场失衡发展不利于发挥规模效应和释放经济增长潜力。对于转型中的中国经济，如何培育国内统一大市场，已成为亟待解决的重要课题。研究内容主要包括：（1）针对全国整体和各区域市场整合进展，建立计量模型进行测度和对比考察。（2）基于历史和逻辑的视角对影响市场整合的因素分析归纳，并在此基础上建立影响因素分解模型。（3）考察国内市场分割对经济增长的影响。在经典经济增长模型中引入市场分割指数考察市场分割对中国宏观经济的动态效应。并且针对地区经济增长变迁构建回归方程，分析地区市场分割对地区经济增长质量的影响。（4）在以上分析的基础上，设计有效的破解市场分割的机制和方法。项目从逻辑和实证相结合的角度，研究国内市场分割演进的独特规律，对于构建国内统一市场，推动我国经济内外均衡增长具有重要的实际价值。

一体化的广阔国内市场是大国经济发展的独特潜在优势，可为规模经济和有效竞争共存提供折衷空间。国内市场分割抑制我国大国潜在优势的发挥。如何培育国内统一大市场，已成为理论和实践部门亟待解决的重要课题。本项目以国内市场分割为研究对象，在对中国国内市场整合趋势测度的基础上，综合分析国内市场分割的形成机制，探寻市场分割对经济发达程度不同的各省级单位经济增长质量的影响。. 本研究主要发现包括：（1）在经历上世纪80年代后期到90年代初期的剧烈震荡后，国内市场分割呈现逐渐收敛的趋势，国内市场向着一体化的方向演进。东部市场分割程度长时期高于中西部。（2）从影响因素上看，交通基础设施和制度质量改善有利于促进市场整合，外资开放程度和2008年金融危机对市场分割具有正向影响。地方政府财政投入程度对市场分割具有负向影响。表明地方政府财政投入提升了本地的交通基础设施和物流网络，改善了商品流通环境。贸易开放水平提高推动了国内市场整合，对外贸易对国内贸易的促进作用正日益显现。流通企业规模对市场分割具有 “U”形非线性影响。（3）从经济效应来看，市场分割抑制区域间技术与制度溢出，阻碍国内统一大市场形成和经济增长方式转变。实证结果表明，市场分割是阻碍地区全要素生产率提升的重要因素。. 本研究获取的关键数据包括：（1）基于地区商品零售价格分类指数计算的全国、区域市场和省级单位市场分割指数的时序数列数据。（2）基于malmquist指数法测算的各省份全要素生产率数据。. 本研究的科学意义在于：（1）实证测度了国内市场分割的演进趋势和最新进展。（2）对已有市场分割形成机制的分析框架进行拓展，构建容纳政府因素和非政府因素的分析框架对市场分割成因进行综合评价。（3）从市场分割的角度分析地区全要素生产率的影响因素，为解释地区经济增长质量的差异提供一个新的视角。
