This project is a high-level workshop project, which intends to invite famous mathematicians at home and abroad and experts and scholars at the forefront of clinical research in China to carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation on the cross-hotspot issues in the field of clinical bone tumor and mathematics, and discuss the key issues in the mathematical modeling and segmentation of bone tumor and the implementation of high-precision algorithm and application.The research focuses on the segmentation and recognition of medical images of bone tumors, the fusion of images in multi-mode, and the focus on solving the clinical problems of bone tumors with mathematical methods.This paper discusses the application of partial differential equation and level set method in bone tumor image segmentation, and discusses the fusion of bone tumor image by deep learning method based on multi-scale and multi-mode dropout learning framework.At the same time, it pays more attention to the research of mathematical modeling, mathematical theory and numerical method, and combines with the practical clinical problems to solve the scientific problems in bone tumor image processing.
本项目是高水平的专题讲习班项目,拟邀请国内外著名数学家和国内处于临床前沿的专家学者,对临床骨肿瘤和数学领域的交叉热点问题展开深度交流与合作,讨论骨肿瘤数学建模分割和高精度算法及应用实现的关键问题。主要研究主题骨肿瘤的医学图像的分割和识别,多模态下影像的融合,聚焦用数学方法解决骨肿瘤的临床问题。探讨用偏微分方程和水平集方法应用于骨肿瘤图像分割,探讨基于多尺度和多模态辍学学习框架的深度学习方法融合骨肿瘤图像。同时,进一步关注数学建模、数学理论和数值方法的研究,并与临床实际问题相结合,解决骨肿瘤图像处理等各方面的科学问题。
