The ion-exchange reaction between Zeolite, Montmorillonite, Vermiculite et al natural non-metal minerals and antibacterial metal ion is studied. The affection of mineral texture, metal ion concentration, mineral granularity to the exchange reaction is also studied. The analysis by XRD, TEM et al show that the antibacterial elements exist in the mineral as hydrates. And it is convinced that those antibacterial agents derived from the mineral have not only good antibacterial ability, but also nice thermal resistance. The results of this project provides some clues to develop antibacterial agents by use the non-metal mineral as carriers.
研究银、铜、锌等抗菌金属元素与沸石等天然矿物之间离子交换反应和吸附机理、矿物中金属元素的赋存状态、天然矿物的结构构造及所含杂质元素等因素对离子交换反应和抗菌性能的影响。通过抗菌性能测试和研究金属元素在抗菌作用过程中溶出迁移的规律,探讨抗菌剂的抗菌机理。为以我国的天然矿物为载体,开发研制高性能新型无机抗菌剂提供理论基础。
