The water logging of the Huaihe River basin is the realistic obstacles and governance problem of the sustainable development from the countryside. This research object is the city, township and countryside from four provinces where on the Huaihe River basin is in water logging .This research is based on the 3S technology, using Multi temporal remote sensing image; DEM data processing and classification in the corresponding area; GIS spatial analysis function; Landscape ecological risk assessment method and Code for design of intensive rain water landscape to do the Landscape ecological evaluation and Planning Strategy Research for the water logging region. This research is want to promote the scientificalness and measurability of the intensive landscape design on water logging countryside, build up the intensive landscape system on water logging countryside which have innovative significance. The research include: 1. Landscape ecological risk assessment. 2. Influencing factors of landscape ecological risk. 3. The research on the strategy of landscape ecological impact analysis. 4. Fielding verification to the water logging countryside on the Huaihe River region, Sum up the validation report and Plan schemes. Finally, by the basic of the Multi-source information database building of Multi temporal remote sensing image and DEM data, use GIS spatial analysis function to evaluation the Ecological risks of water logging countryside on the Huaihe River basin effectively, firmly know the Quantitative factor which will influence the landscape security pattern of the water logging region, provide the scientific Unified Method Framework of the Planning and Construction for water logging countryside on the Huaihe River basin.
淮河流域洪涝之灾,是乡村可持续发展面临的现实障碍与治理难题。本研究以淮河流域四省市乡村内涝频发地区为研究对象,借助于3S技术,采用多时相遥感影像及相应区域DEM数据处理与分类、耦合GIS空间分析功能、依托景观生态风险评价方法及集约型雨水景观设计规范进行内涝地区景观生态评价与规划对策研究。以期提升乡村内涝地区集约型景观设计的科学性与可度量性,构建具有技术创新意义的乡村内涝地区集约型景观设计方法体系。研究内容包括:1)景观生态风险评价;2)景观生态风险的影响因素确定;3)景观生态影响分析规划对策研究;4)对淮河流域乡村内涝地区进行实地验证,总结出验证报告反馈规划方案。最终以构建多时相遥感影像、DEM数据等多源信息数据库为基础,利用GIS空间分析功能对淮河流域乡村内涝地区景观生态风险进行有效评估,确立影响内涝区景观安全格局的量化因素;为淮河流域内涝地区乡村景观规划建设提供科学的方法框架。
