我国人群队列研究现状与关键问题分析及对策研究

Cohort studies are commonly used methods to determine the relationship between the disease incidence and natural history of a condition, and a cohort study is usually conducted to reveal whether there are a suspected cause and effect relationship between exposure and disease. Most of cohort studies are in the early stage in china and there are still many problems and challenges in the conduction and performance of cohort studies, which impose restrictions on the practical application. In the current proposal, we propose to conduct a systematically investigation of the cohorts sthdies that are conducted in china and fullly reveal the problems and challenges during the conduction. Second, we will evaluate the influence of the social and economy development that may lead to the change of life styles and habits of the participants, which may further affect the corhort studies. At last we will investigate the most prevelance chronic metabolic disease that affect the population health and their incidence trendency and put forward a proposal for how to condut the chort studies for these diseases and also bring up the potential challenges in the conduction. Our work will provide valuable referential experience for those who want to conduct the relevant cohort studies in future.

队列研究是开展疾病病因学研究的有效手段，对于揭示疾病发生的病因学进程具有重要的科学价值和理论意义。我国的队列研究目前尚处于初级阶段，面临诸多的实际应用和科学问题，限制了发展。本项目拟：（1）对在我国人群中开展的队列研究进行系统调研，深入了解现状，发现当前主要面临的科学问题和实际执行中的问题；（2）关注并评价经济发展、生活方式改变等对开展相关队列研究的影响；（3）调研我国主要慢性代谢疾病的发病特征和趋势，初步提出开展相关疾病队列研究适合中国国情的思路和研究方案。本项目的开展对于我国大样本人群的队列研究具有指导意义和实际价值。
