Currently, fast and accurate products configuration based on customer individual preferences and needs is an effective technical means for enterprise to response to individual demand market development, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness. The characteristics of customer's individual demand preferences which shows the uncertainty, differences and dynamic, need to systematically build a decision methods that respond to customer demand preferences and a product configuration optimization techniques that meet customer preferences. Therefore, this project tries to explore the evaluation method in response to customer demand preferences and achieve product configuration resources and tasks coordination and optimization. Detailed researches are carried out on the following issues: based on the complex network theory, firstly, we construct a complex network model to characterize the incidence relations between customer requirements and product configuration; Secondly, propose the methodologies that convert customer customer demand preferences to the complex network model based on multi-attribute mapping theory; Thirdly, explore customer preferences information dissemination mechanism and network evolution mechanism based on information dissemination theory and complex network dynamics theory, establish the evaluation model and method of responding to customer demand preferences effect on product configuration design, to make rational decisions on response to customer demand preferences; Based on the above research results, Combining the method of conflict detection and digestion, propose a global coordinating mechanism for product configuration design in response to customer demand preferences. At last, the achievements of this study can contribute to the theoretical system of product configuration design, and provide theoretical basis and technical support for enterprises to improve the customer satisfaction.
基于对客户个性化款式偏好和需求满足的产品快速准确配置,是企业应对个性化市场需求,提升综合竞争能力的重要技术手段。但客户需求偏好具有不确定性、差异性及动态性,亟需更系统构建响应客户需求偏好的决策方法及满足客户需求偏好的产品配置优化技术。本项目为系统评估响应客户需求偏好对产品配置设计过程的影响,以及实现产品配置资源、任务的协调优化,拟开展以下工作:基于复杂网络理论,构建刻画客户需求与产品配置设计要素间关联关系的复杂网络模型;基于多属性映射等建立客户需求偏好信息到复杂网络的耦合映射机制;在此基础上,基于信息传播理论、复杂网络动力学等探索信息在复杂网络中的传播机制及网络演化过程,提出响应客户需求偏好对产品配置设计影响的评价模型;基于以上结果,结合冲突检测与消解方法建立响应客户需求偏好的产品配置设计要素全局最优协调机制。研究成果有望丰富和拓展现有理论方法体系,为指导企业提高客户满意水平提供技术支撑。
