With the popularization of the Internet and the transformation of consumption patterns, online shopping based on e-commerce has developed into a universal consumption mode, which has brought about a spurt of growth in the last mile distribution needs. Due to the time dislocation of the couriers and consumers, cash on delivery, bulk logistics, aging and diversification of occupation, the increasing demand for personalized distribution has become a new challenge for the last mile delivery. Therefore, based on the idea of collaborative and sharing, we take the last mile large-scale personalized delivery demands as the research object with the targets of better serving customers, improving the operation efficiency and reducing traffic congestion. And drove by intensive distribution, “terminal sharing, vehicle mutual collaboration, consolidation and transfer at transfer station, space and time synergy” is set to be the core of this research by taking by taking resource sharing and multi-agent cooperation as the breakthrough point. Then a set of models and solving algorithms for multi enterprise collaborative distribution optimization, interference management and benefit allocation are proposed which can help to provide theoretical and technical supports for high quality last mile delivery, and ultimately to enhance the logistics service level of China's e-logistics and support the coordination development of the e-commerce and logistics.
随着互联网的普及消费形态的转变,基于电子商务的网络购物已经发展成为一种全民的消费方式,由此带来最后一公里配送需求的井喷式增长。由于配送人员与消费者的时间错位、货到付款、大件物流、人口老龄化、职业多样化等因素带来的日益增长的大规模个性化配送需求成为最后一公里配送面临的新挑战。因此,本项目基于共享协同理念,以最后一公里大规模个性化配送为研究对象,以客户满意、经济高效和低碳通畅为目标,以资源共享和相互协作下的多企业集约化配送为切入点,以“末端共享—车辆相互协作—换乘站集并换乘—时空协同”为核心,提出一套面向多企业协同的配送优化、干扰管理与利益分配建模与求解算法,为提升最后一公里的精细化配送水平提供理论与技术支持,最终达到全面提升我国电商物流服务水平并支撑电商物流联动协调发展的目的。
近年来电子商务的快速发展带来了最后一公里配送需求的爆发式增长,由于客户基数大、空间分散、配送需求高度差异化,最后一公里配送被称为电子商务供应链物流成本最高、效率最低的一环。为了提高最后一公里的配送服务水平,基于共享协同理念,开展面向大规模个性化需求的最后一公里协同配送研究。研究工作重点包括四个方面:(1)面向个性化需求的配送优化研究;(2)基于终端共享的多主体协同配送研究;(3)基于顺路捎带协作的协同配送研究;(4)最后一公里配送资源整合机制研究。该项研究,提出了面向个性化需求的表征与建模方法,开发了基于共享与协同视角的多主体协同配送优化模型与求解算法,为促进我国最后一公里配送的可持续发展,进而提高电商供应链服务水平提供了有益的理论和方法支撑。
