国家自然科学基金共享航次成果数据汇交管理规范化与可视化关键技术研究

Since the data collecting system for NSFC sharing cruise began the operational running, there have been some new demands coming from the administrators and the users, while there also have been some bugs and imperfections growing appearance. In order to standardize the data collecting process of NSFC sharing cruise, the way using metadata management and using B/S architecture is introduced, which will be used to help develop and improve the corresponding functions. In order to achieve the efficient query process for the data which has been already collected, the way of metadata management is also needed to extract and transform the metadata. Meanwhile, the key technology of visualization based on GIS technology will be introduced to make the spatial information displayed and released, and also will be introduced as a demonstration for a certain cruise. At the same time, in order to increase the data collecting efficiency and visualization effect, the functions for dataset query and visualization should be optimized and integrated. The final purpose is to improve the experiences of the uses and to satisfy the demands of data collecting and management.

针对当前国家自然科学基金共享航次数据汇交平台实现业务化运行以来，上级主管部门以及科研人员在实际应用中所涌现的新增需求，以及该平台在业务化运行过程中所反馈的一些亟待解决和完善的不足之处，通过采用元数据管理方式与B/S架构下的信息化管理手段，对国家自然科学基金共享航次成果数据汇交过程进行规范化管理，对相应功能模块进行完善和开发，并对已完成汇交的航次成果数据集进行元数据提取与改造，从而实现数据集的有效标识与快速检索。同时基于地理信息技术等手段开展汇交数据的可视化关键技术研究，研究对共享航次的空间信息进行可视化表达、多尺度展示与标准数据服务发布，并对空间要素所关联的数据集检索等可视化功能模块进行补充、优化与集成，并选择特定航次进行示范应用，以提高共享航次成果数据汇交效率与可视化表达效果，从而最终改善用户使用体验，满足共享航次数据汇交和管理的实际需求。

国家自然科学基金共享航次数据自开展业务化汇交以来，原有的平台已经不能满足上级主管部门以及科研人员在实际应用中所涌现的新增需求，存在一些亟待解决和完善的不足之处。本项目主要开展了共享航次成果数据汇交管理规范化研究与共享航次汇交数据的可视化研究，并将两项成果进行了集成试运行。根据研究内容进行了需求调研、数据处理、系统研发、测试运行等过程，旨在将数据库技术、可视化技术、地理信息技术等信息化领域的多项专业技术，在海洋研究领域多专业、跨学科的应用背景下进行具体的融合与应用。最终设计并完善了共享航次成果元数据结构，提取或整编元数据800余条，建立了元数据库与数据库管理系统1套，同时优化了共享航次元数据汇交手段，并开发了共享航次数据空间信息可视化系统1套。通过将两者进行集成，进一步满足了共享航次数据汇交和管理的实际需求，从而最终改善用户使用体验。
