The city is facing the problem of rain and flood waterlogging, water shortages and other living background, this paper intends to use a method of field investigation and model analysis of the combination of theory and practice, to carry out research on the sponge city green space system construction as the core planning: 1) to establish the model of superimposed terrain and city green network as well as the model of purifying drainage transfer system on greenbelt, to inquiry the based experiment data of city greenbelt which meet the demand of realistic runoff regulate and control ; 2) basis for the model construction of city greenbelt system and rainfall flood management quantify evaluation system, to specify rainwater ecological efficiency target of city green space system planning, to design the city greenbelt system of rainwater storage capacity overall pattern and result of planning implement; 3) compare the difference of function model of sponge city and the quantitative gap, to carry out the two-way feedback and verification with the existing city greenbelt, through greenbelt warning, greenbelt overall planning, greenbelt optimization, vertical design of greenbelt and comprehensive pipe gallery with the construction of collaborative docking , etc., to improve the ecological restoration and flood control and disaster reduction function of urban greenbelt system along with the rainfall flood management. Through the above study to reveal the mechanism of coexisting of urban greenbelt system planning and rainfall flood management, the results can be used to provide theoretical and technical support for the city greenbelt system planning, formation, and implement of rainfall management synergy, along with the evaluation and designing of city greenbelt system.
在城市面临雨洪内涝、水资源短缺等生存问题的背景下,本课题拟采用现场调研、模型分析等理论与实践结合的方法,开展以海绵城市建设为核心的绿地系统规划相关研究:1)建立叠加地形和管网的城市绿地集排水模型、绿地传输净化调控模型,探究满足实际径流调控需求的城市绿地实验基础数据;2)构建城市绿地系统规划雨洪管理量化评估体系,明确与雨洪管理协同的生态效能目标,设计城市绿地系统雨洪调蓄整体格局及模拟规划实施效果;3)比对海绵城市功能模型及雨洪管理量化评估需求,与现有城市绿地现状进行双向反馈与验证,通过绿地预警、绿地统筹、城市空间优化、绿地竖向设计及与综合管廊建设协同对接等规划实施途径,完善城市绿地系统协同雨洪管理的生态修复及防洪减灾功能。通过以上研究揭示城市绿地系统与雨洪管理协同的规划实现机理,成果可为基于雨洪管理协同的城市绿地系统规划编制和实施、城市绿地系统状态评估和设计提供理论依据与技术支持。
