知识异质性与地方特色产业演化机理研究

It is vital to develop regional economy by local industry with specific resources in the west regions in China, and it's also a serious problem for the west regions to achieve the economic value of local knowldege and to avoid being a vassal in global value chain in the context of global knowledge economy. But reseach on the relationship between knowledge and the evolution of local industrial speciality is very poor. From the respective of knowledge heterogeneity, in this project, the researchers basically focus on the mechanism of local industry under the condition of local-global knowledge interaction between the economic agents, not only illuminate the connotation of knowledge heterogeneity and the cognitive and the economic dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity and their geographical presentation, but also build an evolutionary model of loacal industry and design a model to measure. With the data mining of case studies of local industry in southwest region, ananlysing systematically the distribution, presentation of heterogeneous knowledge in the local industry and the relationship beteen heterogeneous knowledge and economic evolution, the reseachers will explore the driving force of local industry evolution with tools such as inframarginal analysis, structure equation model,et al on the knowledge map to explain the causal relationship between knowledge heterogeneity and the evolutionary local industry. In the project, the theoretical evolutionary mode of local industry will be built on the basis of knowledge heterogeneity,which will be applied the evolutionary economic theory into geography, and some tools provided will be helpful for the government to measure the degree of evolution of local industry and to analyze the evolutionary way. In a word , more targeted theoretical guidance and more practical tool will be given for local government to put local industry development onto the track of endogenous growth in the project.

利用资源优势发展特色产业一直是西部各省经济发展的重点。在全球知识经济背景下，如何参与全球分工实现地方性知识价值而不是成为全球链条上的经济附庸是非常严肃的问题。但是，目前对知识在地方产业特色演化中的作用机理这一基础问题研究薄弱。本项目将基于知识异质性在地方经济主体与全球知识环境互动背景下对西部地区特色产业演化机理进行基础应用研究。项目界定了知识异质性的内涵，从认知和经济角度剖析了知识异质性及其地理表现维度，构建地方特色产业演化模型并制定相应度量表，通过对西部特色产业的典型案例调研和数据收集，系统分析异质性知识在地方特色产业演化中分布、表现及其与演化的关系，在知识地图基础上运用超边际分析工具、结构方程等探索知识异质性与地方特色产业演化动力关系。项目有望构建基于知识异质性的特色产业演化理论模型，探索经济演化理论的地理化，并为政府促进地方特色产业内生发展提供更具有针对性的理论指导和更为实用的工具。
