Under the JIT condition, in order to reduce components' inventory and operation cost, the core manufacturing enterprise with dominant position will often transfer inventory cost to upstream suppliers in assembly system, which increases suppliers' inventory cost and damages the whole supply chain. Therefore, it is very necessary to consider decision-making model and method for collaborative supply in assembly system under the JIT condition from the aspect of the whole supply chain. Firstly, the characteristic, mechanism and condition of collaborative supply operation mode in assembly system are analyzed and summarized. Besides, the performance evaluation system, method and key performance factors are considered. Secondly, from the angle of collaboration between information flow, logistics and capital flow, horizontal information sharing and exchange mechanism of collaborative supply between suppliers, and decision-making method of inventory transferring period are explored, as well as multiple fund settlement ways. Finally, with the consideration of organization collaboration, different supply modes are compared using computation test and simulation method. Then decision-making model of collaborative supply in hybrid supply mode is established.Furthermore, collaborative methods of transportation organization and multiple components inventory control are proposed. Our project can not only get the theoretical innovation, but also provide practical effective methods for collaborative supply in assembly system, which adapts to development needs of suppliers and assembly manufacturing enterprise under the JIT condition with a very broad application.
在JIT环境下,为了降低零部件库存及运作费用,装配系统占有主导地位的核心制造企业往往将库存转移给上游众多的供应商,从而增加供应商库存费用并对供应链整体不利。因此,从供应链整体最优出发,研究JIT环境下装配系统协同供货决策模型和方法十分必要。本项目首先将分析和归纳装配系统协同供货运作模式特点、运行机理及适用性条件,研究绩效评估体系、方法及关键影响因素。其次,从信息流、物流和资金流协调角度,探索协同供货供应商之间的横向信息共享与交换机制、库存转移时限决策方法和多重资金结算方式。最后,从组织层协调角度,采用计算试验和模拟方法对不同供货模式进行比较,建立混合供货模式下协同运作决策模型,提出Supply-Hub中多部件库存控制与运输组织协调方法。本项目研究既能获得理论上的创新,又能为装配系统协同供货提供切实可行的有效方法,适应了JIT环境下供应商和装配制造企业发展的需要,因此,有非常广阔的应用前景。
本项目在对国内汽车整车和零部件生产企业充分调研的基础上,分析和归纳了JIT环境下装配系统协同供货运作模式特点、运行机理及适用性条件,研究了绩效评估体系、方法和关键影响因素;其次,从信息流、物流和资金流协调角度,探索了协同供货供应商之间的横向信息共享与交换机制、库存转移时限决策方法和多重资金结算方式,提出了供应不确定下装配系统产能恢复有效机制与协调策略;再次,从组织层协调角度,采用计算试验和模拟方法对不同供货模式进行比较,建立混合供货模式下协同运作决策模型,提出了多部件库存控制与运输组织协调方法,给出了相应的协同策略和决策方法。本项目研究既获得了理论上的创新,同时又能为装配系统协同供货提供切实可行的有效方法,适应了JIT环境下供应商和装配制造企业发展的需要,因此,本项目的研究成果有着非常广阔的应用前景。本项目已按计划全面完成各项任务,并取得如下形式的成果:(1)发表学术论文23篇,其中本专业领域内国际主流SCI/SSCI期刊论文22篇、EI期刊论文1篇,特别是2篇论文分别发表在运作管理领域顶级期刊(UTD24)Operations Research和Production and Operations Management上,其余有关论文分别发表在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review和International Transactions in Operational Research等国际知名重要期刊上;(2)出版学术论著1 部,撰写研究分析报告、调查报告各1 套;(3)培养具有教授职称的教师2人,副教授职称的教师3名(其中1名博士毕业后转为副教授),博士2名,硕士8名。
