At present, the research and application on mass customization production system mainly focus on the single customer decoupling point scenario, however, due to the variability under the dynamic circumstance of the customer requirements, the contradiction between the depth of customization and delivery time worsen, and the limitations of slow responding of dynamic customer requirements, low customization level and poor flexibility becomes more and more severe. Aiming at such constraints, the paper put forward the designing of the evolutionary production model based on multiple CODPs, to realize the agile and flexible mass customization production, to respond to the dynamic customized requirements more swiftly, and to relieve the contradiction between customization degree and delivery time, to eliminate the limitation under the single CODP circumstance. The study includes: firstly,the positioning method and regulation of multiple CODPs are raised and the dynamic knowledge base of multiple CODPs positioning is designed based on the mining of attributes of customers' requirements and preferences under the dynamic circumstance.further, the conceptual and general model of evolutionary dynamic production based on multiple CODPs is built; finally,the multi-stage production planning optimization model of multiple CODPs is established to assure the actual operation of multiple CODPs. The finding should be theoretically and applicably valuable to a certain extend and for MC adopted company, to establish the production system that adapts the dynamic and complicated environment and to realize the adaptive production.
目前,关于大规模定制生产系统的研究与应用主要集中于单一客户订单分离点(CODP)的情形,而动态环境下客户需求的多变性,使得传统大规模定制(单CODP生产方式)的用户定制深度与交货期之间的矛盾更加突出,客户动态需求响应慢、定制程度低、柔性程度差等局限性越来越突现。针对此,本项目提出设计多CODP可演化生产模型,希望藉此实现精益敏捷、柔性的MC生产,快速响应客户动态多变的个性化需求,缓解定制深度与交货期的矛盾,消除单CODP生产模式下的局限性。研究的主要内容:在挖掘动态环境下客户定制属性与偏好基础上,提出多CODP定位方法与规则,设计多CODP定位的动态知识库,进而建立多CODP动态演化生产的概念模型与通用模型;建立多CODP多阶段生产计划优化模型,为多CODP生产模型运行提供保障。研究成果对MC采纳企业建立适应客户动态复杂需求的生产系统以及实现适应制的柔性生产,具有一定的理论意义与应用价值。
本项目按照原计划,围绕多客户订单分离点(CODP)生产模型构建、优化及其应用展开了系统研究。在多CODP生产建模方面,完成了挖掘动态环境下客户定制属性与偏好预测的研究,建立了多CODP的可演化生产模型;完成了多CODP定位方法规则、动态调整模型与策略研究,为实现多CODP生产模型的可演化性提供了路径;研究建立了多CODP多阶段生产计划优化模型,为多CODP生产模型运行提供保障;应用方面:完成了在汽轮机与服装定制生产方面的仿真与应用研究。研究成果对大规模定制采纳企业建立适应客户动态复杂需求的生产系统,以及实现适应制的柔性生产具有一定的理论意义与应用价值。目前本项目的研究成果,已出版专著1部、获得软件著作权1项;发表学术论文17篇,其中SCI期刊论文2篇;EI类论文5篇,协助培养研究生2名;参加国际会议2次。
