The project aims to solve common frontier scientific issues for major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, particularly the regulation of vascular homeostasis and injury-reconstruction mechanism. The cutting-edge technologies of molecular biology, pathophysiology, biomechanics, genomics, systems biology science, molecular imaging, chemistry, materials science, bioinformatics are interdisciplinary to clarify the structure and function of vascular homeostasis and disease processes; reconstruct the key signaling pathways regulating and network mode; and look for early diagnosis of disease and disease outcomes warning signs. Of important, we sought to attract and nurture an international advanced level of research teams to carry out collaborative vascular basic research through the relative stable and higher intensity of support. The blueprint is to dramatically improve the overall level of basic cardiovascular research in China. This project used to support the survey and academic exchanges for the committee of experts of this Major Research Program.
本项目以解决重大心脑血管疾病具有共性的前沿科学问题为导向,以血管稳态与重构的调控机制的基础研究为中心,利用分子生物学、病理生理学、生物力学、基因组学、 系统生物学、分子影像学、化学、材料学、生物信息学等学科交叉手段,阐明血管结构与功能稳态和疾病过程中重构调控的关键信号通路和网络模式。以期揭示以血管功能与结构病理改变为基础的重大疾病的发病机制;寻找疾病早期诊断和疾病转归的预警标志,通过相对稳定和较高强度的支持,吸引和培育一支具有国际先进水平的研究队伍;开展学科交叉的血管功能与疾病的基础研究。实现我国在该研究领域的整体研究水平跨越式发展。该项申请经费主要用于专家组调研考察、组织评审、年度交流和国际合作经费以及其他所需经费。
