We made the Sonochemical reactor by ourself, designed and selected various kinds of non-oxides system, developed a series of new chemical reaction under sonochemcial irration and successfully synthesized non-oxides nanomaterials, such as metal, metal sulfies, selenides, tellurides, phosphides, and arssenides. Especially the sonochemcial synthesis of III-V group nanomaterials was established at room temperature, which is the first report of the synthesis of III-V group at room temperatures. Also we explored the morphology control of nanomaterials and successfully prepare the nanorods, nanospheres and nano hollow spheres. 11 papers have been published in important intenational journals such as "Adv. Mater.","Chem. Mater." and "Inorg. Chem." These researchs are of signifinance in many aspects such as the exploring new techniques of chemical preparation of nanomaterials and the inverstigation of mechanism of sonochemcial reactions.
本申请旨在将超声技术应用于制备纳米材料,选择合适的溶剂体系,在室温、加热回流必要时建立超声,溶剂热合成技术用以制备纳米材料,特别制备非氧化物亚稳相纳米材料。研究制备条件对产物的物相、形貌、粒径和粒径分布及其性能的影响,找出最佳制备条件。对产物的结构和性质及其相互关系进行研究,并探索其应用前景。
