产业供应链服务化条件下的服务外包决策与风险管理

In the context of industrial supply chain servitization, international service outsourcing becomes more and more popular. The contents and geographical scope of service outsourcing is increasing rapidly. The role China in international service outsourcing is also increasingly important. Currently, China is experiencing a critical industrialization development period in the globalization era. Changes in the patterns of economic development create huge opportunities for the development of modern service industry, and also speed up the service sector transformation and upgrading.Most of previous research about servitization only focued in supplier perspective.Although different types of servitization is defined, few studies elaborate the driven factors of various service outsourcing mode and governance system.Based on supply chain management theory, service theory and strategic management theory, in the context of industrial supply chain servitization, this project systematically explores the driven factors of service outsourcing and purchasing decision, the differentiation of industrial service outsourcing organization patterns and dynamic evolution process, and supply chain risk management and control system. This project takes a view from both buyer and seller perspective (dyadic value interaction) though empirical research method. Four research questions are to be addressed: 1) What are the factor driving the service outsourcing in industry supply chain servitization process? How do these factors affect the servitization strategy, outsourcing and purchasing decisions based on the buyer and seller value interaction? 2) What are the organization patterns of industry service outsourcing or purchasing? What are the key elements and differences of the various organization and operation patterns? 3) Which kind of risk may occur with various service outsourcing or purchasing patterns? In addition,, how the external factors moderate the risk and what are the corresponding control and governance mechanism to reduce the risk?4)In the context of industry supply chain servitization different services outsourcing or purchasing patterns, the corresponding risk performance? In addition, there are external factors that may increase the risk of outsourcing or procurement, to address these risks, what is the appropriate regulation or governance?4)What factors will promote change and dynamic evolution of service outsourcing or purchasing patterns in the way of service outsourcing. In addition, what is the process of service integrators' value inflow, stability and value outflow? To explore the driving force and the effective evolution path of enterprise services outsourcing organization mode has great significance for providing constructive suggestions for managers and policy makers to effectively implement the industry supply chain servitization strategy and enhance the competence of production service industry.

产业供应链服务化这一背景下，国际化的趋势使得服务外包越来越普遍。无论是服务外包的内容还是外包的地理范围都在迅速增加，中国承接国际服务外包的角色也越来越重要。我国的经济发展已经进入从工业化中期向后期过渡的关键时期，加快服务业转型升级，促进向生产性服务业主导型经济转变将成为我国的必然选择。现有关于服务化的研究大都基于服务供方的单一视野，尽管提到不同形态的服务化，但决定差别化服务形态的内在因素以及治理和管控制机制尚缺乏系统研究。本课题试图运用供应链管理理论、服务理论和战略管理理论，通过案例研究、大样本问卷调查等实证方法，基于供需双方的价值互动，系统地探讨产业服务化背景下服务外包或采购决策的驱动因素，差别化的产业服务外包的构造、组织模式和动态演进过程，以及相应的供应链风险管控体系。在此基础上，探索我国企业服务外包组织方式变迁的驱动力和有效路径，为产业供应链服务化战略的有效推进提供借鉴和指导。

我国的经济发展已经进入从工业化中期向后期过渡的关键时期，加快服务业转型升级，促进向生产性服务业主导型经济转变将成为我国的必然选择。现有关于服务化的研究大都基于服务供方的单一视野，尽管提到不同形态的服务化，但决定差别化服务形态的内在因素以及治理和管控制机制尚缺乏系统研究。本课题试图运用供应链管理理论、服务理论和战略管理理论，通过案例研究、大样本问卷调查等实证方法，基于供需双方的价值互动，系统地探讨产业服务化背景下服务外包或采购决策的驱动因素，差别化的产业服务外包的构造、组织模式以及相应的供应链风险管控体系，另外项目还对供应链金融这种最近出现的新型产业服务进行了系统研究。在研究成果方面，形成了两部研究专著，其中专著《供应链金融》于2016年获得北京市社会哲学科学优秀成果一等奖，并在国际SSCI期刊发表论文5篇，另外两篇SSCI论文已被接受。此外，本项目还在中文学术期刊发表CSSCI论文等20篇。本项目研究探索我国企业服务外包组织方式变迁的驱动力和有效路径，为产业供应链服务化战略的有效推进提供借鉴和指导。
