In order to be a world trading power, it is very significant and urgent for China to cultivate new competitive advantages in its export trade, which hasn’t been systematically studied in theory. Aiming to improve China core-competitiveness in export, by using the soft measuring technique and creating a comprehensive evaluation model, this project firstly measures the key parameters of new competitive advantages in China’s export trade and compares the result with that of the world’s trading powers, and thus proposes the decisive factors, influence path and mechanism of cultivating new competitive advantages in China’s export trade. Then, by integrating the important factors concerned, the project designs three cultivation mechanisms to enhance new competitive advantages in China’s export trade by increasing China’s export capacity, reinforcing the export motive and promoting collaborative optimization. Meanwhile, based on mechanism modeling and intelligent analysis, this project systematically probes the realizing paths and evolution mechanism of cultivating and reinforcing new competitive advantages in China’s export trade, constructs an intelligent system of innovating our products, enterprises and industries to the upstream in the value chain, and thus helps to cultivate the new sustainable competitive advantages, which is centered on technology, quality, brand and service, instead of the traditional comparative advantage in China’s export. This project, for the first time, systematically conducts the pioneering research on the theory of new competitive advantages in export trade, and proposes a scientific theoretical basis for decision-making and refining plans for collaboratively cultivating new competitive advantages in China’s export trade.
培育出口竞争新优势是中国实现贸易强国的重大迫切需求,而目前尚未形成系统理论。本项目以提升中国出口核心竞争力为目标,构建软测量和综合评估模型对中国出口竞争新优势的关键指标参数及其与贸易强国的差距进行测度,厘清中国培育出口竞争新优势的决定因素及其影响效应、影响路径与影响机理,进而整合多种重要因素,设计创新驱动中国出口竞争新优势增强的能力提升、动力强化和协同优化三大培育机制,并采用机理建模和智能分析相结合的方法,系统探索中国培育和增强出口竞争新优势的实现路径及其演化机理,构造产品创新、企业创新和产业创新的多智能体,驱动产品、企业和产业向全球价值链的高端攀升,协同实现中国出口由传统的比较成本优势向以技术、质量、品牌和服务为核心的竞争新优势转型升级。项目首次对出口竞争新优势理论进行开创性系统性研究,为中国出口竞争新优势的协同培育及其实现路径问题解决提供科学的理论支持和决策依据及优化的应用方案。
