度量误差模型及稳健性研究

In this project, we roughly study the robust estimatior for the Errors-in-Variables model, the robust statistics theory and its application. For linear EV model, partially linear EV model, semiparametric varying coefficient partially linear EV model, linear EV model with missing data, partially linear EV model with large-dimensional covariates and so on, we propose the robust estimation methods and get the asymptotic theories under different conditions and assumptions. We give the algorithms, present the simulation results and do the practical applications to show that the proposed methods perform well and be robust. Robust methods are also studied to analysis the data in the fields of biomedicine etc.

本项目深入研究度量误差模型参数的稳健估计问题及稳健统计方法的理论与应用。具体为对于线性EV模型、部分线性EV模型、半参数变系数部分线性EV模型、协变量有缺失的线性EV模型、含高维协变量的部分线性EV等模型在不同假定条件下，解决稳健参数估计的基础理论问题，并给出算法，进一步通过随机模拟和实证分析展示方法的稳健效果。项目组考虑将稳健统计方法应用于生物医学等应用领域的实际数据处理。
