Atomic, molecular and optical physics (AMO) is a traditional and meanwhile very active research field. As the foundation for the high technology development, it has attracted extensive interest of the scientists all over the world, leading to the emergence of new scientific frontiers. In order to improve the communications among the young scientists in AMO field, to strengthen the cooperation of various laboratories, and to enhance the international competitiveness of the AMO research of our nation, the nationwide AMO forum for young scientists has been successfully held twice. The participating scholars generally exhibit a high degree of enthusiasm and definitely benefit from the forum. To inherit the spirit of the forum and to turn it into a distinctive forum for the young scientists in our nation, the State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy at East China Normal University hereby applies to undertake the third nationwide AMO forum for young scientists. The State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy has a good research credit on the manipulation of the optical field with extremely high precision and its interaction with atoms and molecules. The expected success of this young scientist forum is meanwhile guaranteed by our good experience of successfully running of several domestic and international academic conferences.
原子分子光物理作为一个传统而富有生命力的研究领域,不断开辟出新的科学前沿,为高新技术的发展奠定了坚实的基础,得到了国内外科学家的广泛关注。为改善国内原子分子光物理领域青年学者的交流环境,加强各单位相关方向的合作交流,提升我国在相关领域的科研水平和国际竞争力,全国原子分子光物理青年科学家论坛已经成功举办两届,参与学者普遍表现出很高的热情并且获益良多。为传承论坛精神,将其办成在国内有鲜明特色的青年学者科学论坛,华东师范大学精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室特申请承办第三届全国原子分子光物理青年科学家论坛。依托华东师范大学,精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室在光场时频域精密操控及其与原子分子相互作用方面有良好的学术积累,同时多次主办国内及国际会议的经验和设施,为成功承办此次青年科学家论坛提供了重要的条件保障。
华东师范大学精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室于2013年10月26-27日成功承办了第三届全国原子分子光物理青年科学家论坛。本届论坛共收到来自40个学校/研究所的103名青年学者的报名申请,经组委会讨论,最终确定本届论坛正式参会学者共77人,学术报告69个(口头报告44人,张贴报告25人)。两天的学术报告紧凑而热烈,学者们就量子光学、冷原子、光频标、超快强场物理、原子分子谱学、非线性光学、微纳光子学等方面开展了深入的交流。参会学者普遍表现出很高的热情且获益良多。
