Method of cultivating hyphae link and compartments culture system were established. It was studied that phosphorus and photosynthate transfer through hyphae link between trees with methods of 32P and 14C labeling, micro-autoradiography, high-pressure liquid chromatography and immunoelectron microscopic. It was distinguished quantificationally that the growth effects of receiver plant between nutrients transferred through hyphae and adsorbed by hyphae after hyphae link forming. These results indicated that phosphorus and photosynthate can transfer through hyphae link between plants, but it can not affect the growth of receiver plant significantly because of the limited transferring amount; the hyphae link not only accelerated the growth of donor plant, but also increased the growth of receiver plant. The reason is that ectomycorrhizal fungi was diffused in soil after colonizing receiver plant and promoted the nutrients uptake by receiver plant from soil. The phenomena attribute to effects of hyphae link. These results redound to understand nutrients transfer and stability of system in forest ecosystem exactly.
拟采用同位素示踪与五室根箱技术相结合的手段,通过设立空气隔离层、阴离子树脂隔离层等建立一套能够排除供体植物根分泌物和同位素标记化合物在土壤中扩散的菌丝桥研究方法。在此基础上系统研究菌丝桥传递光合产物与氮磷养分的方向、数量及其对受体植物生长和营养状况的贡献等问题,揭示外生菌根菌丝桥在森林生态系统物质循环中的作用和意义。
