面向供应链中断的能力共享与转运策略研究

This project studies capacity sharing and transshipment strategies between lateral firms in supply chains under disruptions. It first analyzes the firms’ decision behavior under disruption scenarios. Important factors that impact the capacity sharing and transshipment decisions of both the disrupted firm and the requested firm are respectively analyzed, and decision behavior models for scenarios with disruption risks and under disruptions are then derived through empirical research. We further study the capacity design strategies, redundant capacity decision models, and order allocation models for the scenario with disruption risks. In this scenario, the incentives for redundant capacity investment and the coordination contracts for transshipment are also investigated. For the scenarios under disruptions, the dynamic decision policies for both independent markets and competitive markets are provided. We also analyze the impacts of competition on the firms’ decisions. Finally, some case studies are provided. The goal of this research is to provide theoretical and practical supports for companies with the hope to enhance their practicing skills in supply chain disruption management.

本项目以面向供应链中断的横向企业能力共享与转运决策问题为研究内容，先从企业决策行为分析入手，通过实证研究方法研究影响能力共享决策的主要因素，并构建中断风险情况下和中断发生情况下的能力共享与转运决策行为模型；在此基础上，针对存在中断风险的情况，进一步研究能力的鲁棒设计问题，提出面向中断风险的能力设计、冗余能力决策和订单分配模型；研究一个或多个横向企业存在中断风险情况下的冗余能力投资激励机制和应急协调机制。针对中断期间转出方企业资源和能力的变动，分析独立市场和竞争市场两种情境下的动态能力共享与转运策略，比较市场情景对中断方和转出方决策的影响。最后，进行若干案例研究，结合具体企业的供应链中断问题，提出能力共享与转运策略的应用方法。本项目对于丰富供应链应急运作管理的理论方法具有重要的学术价值，同时也可以为企业应对供应链中断风险提供理论依据和实践指导。

本项目以面向供应链中断风险的横向企业能力共享与转运决策问题为研究内容，构建了独立市场和竞争市场两种情境下基于转出方企业资源和能力变化的动态能力共享与转运决策模型，提出了能力共享与转运决策问题的接受/拒绝判断准则和中断期内的最优动态决策策略；根据能力共享协议达成和合同签订的时间，提出了四种能力共享策略，并构建了各种共享策略下的决策模型，分析协议达成时间和合同签订时间对供应链应急管理效果的影响；研究了供应链中断风险情况下横向企业的转运决策协调问题，分析比较了由下游企业、中断方和转出方进行协调决策情况下的决策模型，并分析协调决策主体对供应链应急管理效果的影响；研究了横向转运策略下支付方式对订货决策的影响，构建了先付款后转运与先转运后付款两种情况下的订货决策模型。本项目对于丰富供应链应急运作管理的理论方法具有重要的学术价值，同时也可以为企业应对供应链中断风险提供理论依据和实践指导。
