This topic is foreland research work at Vacuum microelectronics field. We.have studied methods of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) grown on surface of various substrates and successfully made 10×10 addressed cathode of CNTs emitter that used in flat vacuum device (pioneer in our country ) 、10×10 addressed nickel grid over insulated sheet mica 、special multi layer CdSe photoconductive.target(pioneer in our country).On this foundation, we have developed rudiment.of whole glass flat panel type vacuum microelectronics camera tube and.experimental flat panel Field emission display with 10×10 pixels , at the same time, we fixed circuit for driving and synchronizing pixels in flat panel camera tube, we won high praise because of above works . We published twenty-three relative paper in the research work period and five of the papers were awarded the New Century.Excellence Paper first-class prize.
巧妙地选用场发射平显示器中的寻址式阵列场发射阴极,与高灵敏度真空摄像器件中的光敏靶结合,研制出兼有固态成像器件体积小、重量轻、功耗低,真空成像器件高灵敏度、高分辨率、大面积二者优点的新一代平板型真空场发射摄像管雏形,具有初步的灵敏度与分辨率指标,成果获得国际承认,维护我国的国际学术地位,为今后长寿命密封器件打下基础。
