网络社群嵌入性对众包式创新的作用机理研究

In the era of big data，crowdsourcing innovation is a feasible and effective way for enterprises’ technological innovation. The research on crowdsourcing innovation is a forward-looking theoretical subject which is in innovation management field in e-commerce environmen. As online communities contain great power, crowdsourcing innovation platform embedding online communities will become a trend. Having an active and loyal community will be the key to the success of crowdsourcing project. While the current study has not yet been fully focus on the online communities embeddedness’s influence on crowdsourcing type innovation..In this project, the structure characteristics, the formation and evolution mechanism of online communities embeddedness for China's crowdsourcing platform will be explored firstly, on this basis, the mechanism of online communities embeddedness how to affect generation of innovative solutions and commercialization of innovative solutions and innovation product diffusion will be studied，at the same time, the corresponding management mechanism will be put forward. In these studies, the empirical analysis, case analysis and methods of game theory is used..The thinking of research as follows: first of all, online communities embeddedness scale is developed by analyzing relations network, cognitive network, cultural network and transmission network in the online communities with local crowdsourcing platform as samples，and then，in order to develop and validate relevant intermediary effect and moderating effect, the effect path of online communities embeddedness how to affect crowdsourcing innovation from knowledge management，organizational learning and resource synergy will be seeking, in the end, the theory that online communities embeddedness how to affect crowdsourcing innovation is constructed and applied.

众包式创新是大数据时代企业技术创新的一条可行且有效的途径，众包式创新的研究是电子商务环境下创新管理领域的一个前瞻性理论课题。鉴于网络社群所蕴含的巨大力量，众包创新平台嵌入网络社群将成为发展趋势，而当前的研究尚未充分关注网络社群嵌入性对众包式创新的影响。.项目采用实证分析、案例分析和博弈论等方法，在探索中国众包平台的网络社群嵌入结构特征、形成与演进机制的基础上，分别研究网络社群嵌入性对创新方案的产生、创新方案商品化和创新商品扩散化的影响机理，并提出相应的治理机制。.基本思路为：首先以本土的众包平台为样本，根据网络社群所蕴含的关系网络、认知网络、文化网络和传播网络等特点，开发网络社群嵌入性量表；然后从知识管理、组织学习和资源协同等方面寻求网络社群嵌入性对众包式创新各阶段的作用路径，开发和验证其中介效应和调节效应；最后将上述研究理论升华，建构网络社群嵌入性对众包式创新影响的理论，应用于实践。

众包式创新通过互联网可以获得更大群体的创新资源，在中国文化环境下，众包平台社群成员表现出明显的社群互动特征，因此项目研究了网络社群嵌入性如何影响众包式创新的运作与绩效。.截止目前，主要的研究内容包括了如下几部分：众包社群的网络嵌入结构、网络社群嵌入的形成机制、网络嵌入与知识共享之间的关系、网络嵌入与创新激情的关系、众包社群中个人需求与创新竞优行为、众包平台社区成员创新竞优形成机制。.重要的研究结果是甄别了影响众包社区成员创新竞优行为的两条路径：一条是众包社区网络社群嵌入环境可以通过满足社区成员基本心理需求来激发成员和谐创新激情，进而促进成员实施创新竞优行为；另一条是众包社区网络社群嵌入环境可以通过激发成员强迫创新激情，来促进成员创新竞优行为的产生。.本研究对揭示网络社群嵌入性对众包式创新的作用机理具有理论价值。
