Previous students' physical health research all displayed:there were ethnic differences in Children's growth and development of Guangxi Han, Zhuang , Yao and long-term acceleration mode. The insulin-like growth factor is an important cofactor of auxin,and it can mediated auxin as well as promote the growth. To explore the effect of insulin-like growth factor on the growth of children in Guangxi Han, Zhuang, Yao and understand the normal reference levels of serum insulin-like growth factor of local children in Guangxi , Semi-longitudinal survey method will be used in this research, and it will be carried out in three Han, Zhuang, Yao inhabited cities(county) in Guangxi whose social and economic development levels are close. We will respectively extract students aged 6 ,aged 9 and aged 12(Equivalent to the first grade, the fourth grade pupil and junior school students) who are Han, Zhuang, Yao as the objects of this study, there are 50 students in each sex and age group. During the research ,morphology, function, strength, quality, and sexual development indicators will be measured in every autumn until 3 years later . randomly select 1/2 sample of each sex and age group as research object of doing serological test as well as investigating the factors that affect growth and development(such as Parental height, diet nutrition). Descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and multivariate analysis will be used to understand the National Children 's growth and development level, growth rate, pubertal growth mode and explore the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGBP-3) and the growth and development of the children.
历次学生体质健康调研结果显示:广西汉、壮、瑶族儿童的生长发育水平和长期加速模式,均存在民族差异。胰岛素样生长因子是生长素的协同因子,具有介导生长素促进生长的功能。为探索胰岛素样生长因子对广西汉、壮、瑶族儿童生长发育的影响作用、了解广西本土儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子的正常参考水平,本研究拟采用半纵向调查法,在三个汉、壮、瑶族聚居市(县),分别抽取6岁、9岁和12岁(相应于小1、4和初1年级)的汉、壮、瑶族学生为研究对象,每个性别年龄组各50人。于调研期内进行连续3年的形态、机能、素质和性发育指标测定,并在每个性别年龄组随机抽取1/2的调研对象作为血清学检测和生长发育影响因素(父母身高、膳食营养)调查对象。数据统计包括描述性分析、单因素分析和多因素分析,以了解各民族儿童的生长发育水平、生长发育速度、青春期发育模式,探索胰岛素样生长因子-1和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3与儿童生长发育的相关关系。
项目背景:探索胰岛素样生长因子对广西汉、壮、瑶族儿童生长发育的影响作用,了解广西本土儿童胰岛素样生长因子的正常参考水平。. 主要研究内容:采用序列研究法,在2013-2015年间对7、10、13岁的汉、壮、瑶族儿童进行追踪调查,每年进行形态、机能、素质和性发育指标检测,并采空腹静脉血,用酶联免疫法检测血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平。. 主要结果: . 1.生长发育:①男女儿童身高、体重皆为壮族>汉族>瑶族;②汉、壮、瑶族男生的PHV分别出现在13、11和10岁,女生则出现在10、9和10岁,PHV存在性别和民族差异;③男、女生性发育的年龄均为壮族<汉族<瑶族;月经初潮平均年龄依次为11.89、12.45、13.12岁;首次遗精的年龄分别是13.34、13.69、14.26岁。. 2.胰岛素样生长因子:①总样本7~15岁儿童血清IGF-1、GFBP-3水平均未呈现随年龄增长而升高或下降的趋势。汉、壮、瑶族男生血清IGF-1水平依次为108.37±36.53μg/L、116.01±60.04μg/L、129.29±59.73μg/L,女生依次为104.78±32.30μg/L,111.96±60.67μg/L,125.27±47.79μg/L,民族间差异均有统计学意义。汉、壮、瑶族男生血清IGFBP-3水平依次为58.82±20.68μg/L、57.49±25.67μg/L、58.31±33.43μg/L,女生依次为56.42±17.15μg/L、56.62±28.73μg/L、58.31±33.43μg/L,民族间差异均无统计学意义。②只有极少数个体儿童的血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平为逐年增长,即使在7岁组,两指标逐年增长的个体也只占7.89%和8.98%。. 3.胰岛素样生长因子与生长发育的关系:尽管不同民族儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子水平与体格指标的相关方向和程度不尽相同,但相关性都非常低,结果均未超过0.2。 . 科学意义:本项目对儿童生长发育研究方法进行了有益尝试,研究结果为理清血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平与儿童生长发育相关关系和进一步探讨生长发育影响因素提供了新的理论和研究方向。项目资助发表论文6篇,其中中文核心4篇。培养硕士生3名。
