基于互联网驱动的产业链跨地域空间重塑机制与区域协调发展研究

This project takes the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in China's economic development promoted by current wave of Internet economy and the coordinated regional development as a macroscopic background, and takes the spatial restructuring of the industrial chain resulting from the cross-regional and cross-border integration of industrial chain driven by Internet as the main analysis object. At the same time, this project analyses the relationship between Internet and industrial chain spatial restructuring from the perspective of enterprises, industries and regions, and further explore the impact on regional coordinated development.The main innovation of this project lies in:(1) Breaking through the limitations of the geographical scope of the entity cluster and the unilateral locking risk formed by the traditional upstream and downstream industry chain linkages, so as to make beneficial innovations in the organic combination and interaction of the enterprise-cluster-cluster in the Internet economy；(2) By combining the internet and cross-regional development of enterprises, this project not only makes up for the lack of research on regional coordinated development from the microscopic perspective of enterprises in the past, but also expands the research object from physical clusters to virtual clusters, thus building a regional coordination under the era of Internet economy;(3) This project explores the spatial convergence mode of industrial chain nodes, and then studies the resulting spatial effect, thus opening up a new path for the regional coordinated development through the connection between heterogeneous spatial plates (regions).

本研究以呼应当前互联网经济浪潮促进中国经济发展新旧动能转换和区域协调发展为宏观背景，以互联网驱动下产业链出现跨区域、跨界融合发展形成的产业链空间重塑为主要分析对象，从企业、产业和区域三个层面对互联网与产业链空间重塑的关系进行剖析，并进一步探讨对区域协调发展的影响。项目的主要创新点在于：（1）突破了实体集群地理空间的局限性和传统上下游产业链关联形成的单边锁定风险，从而在互联网经济背景下，将企业－集群－集群间三者的有机结合和互动方面进行了有益的创新；（2）将互联网与企业跨区域发展结合起来，不仅弥补了以往缺乏从企业微观视角研究区域协调发展的不足，而且将研究对象从实体集群拓展至虚拟集群，由此丰富了互联网经济时代下区域协调发展理论；（3）探讨了产业链节点的空间衔接模式，进而研究了由此形成的空间效应，从而开拓了通过非同质空间板块（区域）间的连接和联动实现区域协调发展的新路径。

本课题以呼应当前互联网经济浪潮促进中国经济发展新旧动能转换和区域协调发展为宏观 背景，以互联网驱动下产业链出现跨区域、跨界融合发展形成的产业链空间重塑为主要分析对象，综合运用“新”新经济地理学、产业经济学和区域经济学等理论从企业、产业和区域三个层面对互联网与产业链空间重塑的关系进行剖析，并进一步探讨对区域协调发展的影响。课题的研究内容主要分为：互联网驱动下产业链空间重塑过程研究、基于互联网驱动的产业链空间重塑与区域协调发展研究、产业链空间重塑下空间结构效应研究和基于空间治理重塑导向的区域协调发展对策研究四个部分。课题研究发现：①互联网驱动对区域协调发展存在“倒U”型关系，即在初始阶段互联网发展会拉大区域间差距，随着互联网进一步发展，区域间差距会逐步缩小，互联网通过优化资源配置、产业链分工和市场规模扩大三种机制促进区域协调发展。②我国的互联网发展已促进了局域性的产业链分工网络的形成并对城市间的地区差距产生了影响，这种影响存在空间异质性，并主要通过产业链分工水平存在梯度差异的城市间“资源转移”来对地区差距发挥作用。③在互联网经济时代，区域间可以在更大范围内实现协调发展，但互联网效应仍然具有空间有限性，在地带内，互联网确实可以超越空间对地区差距产生影响，而在地带间，互联网对区域协调发展的影响受到空间距离的制约。④互联网发展有助于城市高质量发展，并通过要素流动、产业分工和知识外溢三种机制得以实现，而且互联网对城市发展具有空间外溢效应，从而重塑了经济地理。该课题的研究对于利用互联网和企业微观行为促进区域协调发展具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。
