Nanoparticles of poly(sebaric anhydride) and poly(e-caprolactone-b-ethylene oxide-b- e-caprolactone) were prepared through the phase-inversion and their size can be controlled by the composition, molecular weight and the preparation parameters. Thermal-sensitive poly(N-vinylcaprolactam-co-sodium acrylate) microgels were prepared by precipitation polymerization and their phase transition temperature changed with the copolymer composition. The microgels exhibited the reversible and controllable aggregation induced by metal ions. With poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) as the "indicator", the complexes of water and method with different composition were confirmed by laser light scattering. Hybrobranched polystyrenes were synthesized with functional TEMPO initiator. Their clusters with homogeneous chain density were formed in toluene. The clusters degraded with the increase of temperature and their mass is proportional with Rg3. Mutliblock copolymers can be easily synthesized by a versatile method, Interface-aide polycondensation polymerization, based on the self-micellization of block copolymer in the selective solvent.
高分子纳米粒子广泛应用于医药、生物、材料等高新技术领域。然而,制备和稳定粒径小于一百纳米的无皂窄分布粒子却很困难。我们曾率先提出微相反转和微波辐照合成两种有效的制备方法。我们计划在此基础上进一步利用先进的激光光散射技术跟踪粒子的形成过程和研究其稳定机理。希望在粒子形成和稳定的理论上有所突破,并为工业制备奠定可靠的基础。
