Catering service for high-speed railway (CSHRs) is a kind of time-sensitive logistics service. It is thus required to have excellent time management technology and flexible response capability. The project is motived by the actual demand and characteristics of CSHRs, and two modes of service for CSHRs are introduced here, which are proprietary catering mode and demand response mode. The study consists of the following three parts. Firstly, we propose two operations that are batching and batch scheduling, and then we analyze the connection relationship between the catering vehicle and the related trains. We propose a novel model for integrating location decision service design to meet passenger demands. The model and algorithms are tested based on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. Secondly, a situational analysis method is adopted to reveal the connecting relationship between catering vehicle and the related trains and based on that time indicators are developed including waiting time and redundant time. A departure time selection and path optimization model is proposed to optimize the service targets chosen, departure time chosen and service order selected. Based on a given vehicle path, an analytic algorithm for optimal vehicle departure time is proposed, and various algorithms with internal algorithm combinations are compared in optimization results and efficiency. Finally, on the basis of the static problem, the project considers time-varying reservation requirements and dynamic traffic information (such as requirements insert, cancel, road congestion, etc.). We aim to propose an intelligent method to respond the real-time dynamic information.
高速铁路食品配送是典型的时间敏感型物流,要求物流系统具有优良的时间管理技术与灵活响应能力。结合我国高速铁路餐饮服务实际需求与特点,课题引入标准化自营配餐和响应灵活预约配餐两类服务形式,并对其运行优化展开研究。首先,构建“食品供应商-分销中心-车站-车次”服务网络结构,提出“车次分批”和“批调度”操作并分析配餐车辆与对象车次间衔接关系,建立高铁配餐网络布局优化与配送服务设计整合模型,基于京沪高速铁路案例验证模型与算法;其次,构建 “交付等待时间”和“交付冗余时间”指标,建立配餐车辆出发时刻选择与路径优化模型,探讨出发时刻选择、走行路径与车队规模等之间的深层次关系,并基于此设计一套给定车辆路径下求解最优车辆发车时刻的解析式算法,并对各种算法及内部算法组合在优化结果、效率等方面进行对比;最后,在原问题基础上考虑灵活动态信息对问题进行改造并建模,并提出能够实时响应动态信息的线路调整及智能化调度策略
高速铁路食品配送是典型的时间敏感型物流,要求物流系统具有优良的时间管理技术与灵活响应能力。围绕时间管理技术和灵活响应能力的提升方法,重点探索两类基于现实的高速铁路食品配送服务形式,面向即时用餐需求的冷链配餐模式和面向平台用户预约需求的灵活配餐模式,并对其运行优化展开研究。首先,构建“分销中心-车站-车次”服务网络结构,建立高铁配餐网络布局优化与配送服务设计整合模型,基于京沪高速铁路案例验证模型与算法;其次,以平台预约需求为研究对象,建立配餐车辆出发时刻选择与路径优化模型,探讨出发时刻选择、走行路径与车队规模等之间的深层次关系,并基于此设计一套给定车辆路径下求解最优车辆发车时刻的解析式算法。
