供应链金融3.0背景下零售商库存策略研究

Nowadays, the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is the worldwide problem, and supply chain finance solves this problem effectively. Traditional research of supply chain finance focuses on single financing source and single commodity variety situation. With the development of practice, supply chain finance has entered the 3.0 stage, which has many new features. Under the background of supply chain 3.0, this project intends to study the joint operation strategy and financial strategy of capital constrained retailer in various situations based on the new features of supply chain finance. Specifically, this project studies the inventory strategy of capital-constrained retailers in terms of the single financing mode, the portfolio financing mode and the introduction of financial instruments. The research content of this project can improve the theoretical research of the existing inventory management field, expand the research scope of supply chain finance, and provide corresponding management enlightenment for the practice of supply chain finance.

当前，世界范围内中小型企业融资困难现象较为普遍，而供应链金融则有效解决了这一难题。传统的供应链金融研究大多只关注单一融资、单一商品的情境。而随着实践的发展，供应链金融已经进入3.0阶段，这一阶段具有许多新的特征。在供应链3.0的背景下，本项目拟根据供应链金融所呈现出的新特征，分别研究资金约束零售商在多种情境下的联合运营策略和财务策略。具体而言，本项目分别研究在单一融资模式、组合融资模式和引入金融工具条件下，资金约束零售商的库存策略。本项目的研究内容可以完善现有库存管理领域的理论研究，拓展供应链金融的研究范畴，并能够为供应链金融的实践提供相应的管理启示。

在供应链金融3.0的背景下，本项目研究了资金约束供应链在多种情境下的联合运营和融资决策问题。（1）在单一融资模式情境中，本项目主要研究了供应链在银行信贷模式的运营机制和众筹模式下的运作机制。在银行信贷研究中，聚焦于不可靠订货供应链和政府补贴在绿色资金约束供应链协调中的作用。在有不可靠且资金约束供应商的供应链中，制造商的最优订货渠道选择受银行利率的影响；而政府补贴能够形成绿色供应链的“双赢”协调。在众筹机制研究中，实证分析了我国众筹行业中门槛效应的存在性和影响，并建模分析融资作用、点机制和后生产对众筹效果的综合影响，发现三者综合能够实现众筹的绩效最大化。（2）在组合融资模式情境中，本项目主要分析了3PL公司融资和银行信贷之间的差异，发现零售商的融资策略取决于收益共享比率，该比率在一定区间可实现3PL公司和零售商之间形成“双赢”结果；（3）在引入金融工具情境中，本项目聚焦于贸易信贷保险的引入，发现贸易信贷保险能够有效提升订货量和供应链绩效，但同时增加了供应链的破产风险。相比较而言，制造商和零售商都倾向于自身单独投保。
