成长型都市圈产业转型及其空间响应机理研究——以徐州都市圈为例

The project studies the industrial structure or spatial structure of growing metropolitan area from the perspective of interactive coupling among structure, ecology and spatial structure, based on the Human Ecology, with Xuzhou metropolitan area as the study area. The main research contents include: 1) to conclude the characteristics and rules of spatial and temporal changes in growing metropolitan region through the comparing the industrial transformation within the typical metropolitan areas.；2) to analyze the respond of the industrial pattern to industrial transformation and to uncover the evolutionary characteristics of coupling relationship between them by use of geographic information system and data envelopment analysis. 3) to reveal the dynamic mechanism of industrial transformation in growing metropolitan region by verifying the nature and function of key social-economic-ecologic factors of agglomeration and diffusion which have an impact on industrial transformation and clarifying the spatial industrial organization with the application of methods such as multivariate statistical analysis, social network analysis and industrial ecological analysis.4) to propose the optimal path and control measures of spatial industrial organization in growing metropolitan region. The theoretical significance is: to draw out the numerical relationship, evolution process and mechanism of industrial structure and spatial organization in growing metropolitan region, and to answer which kind of industrial spatial organization can adapt to industrial transformation trends of growing metropolitan region. The practical significance is: to establish regulation mode and optimal path of spatial industrial organization and to provide scientific basis for establishing sustainable pattern of industrial space in Xuzhou metropolitan region even nationwide.

本项目以徐州都市圈为研究区域，依据人类生态学理论，以结构-生态-空间互动耦合为切入点，研究成长型都市圈产业空间组织对产业转型的响应过程与机理。主要研究内容：一是通过对典型都市圈产业转型时空特征的比较分析，概括成长型都市圈产业转型的基本特征及其空间表现；二是采用GIS模型和数据包络分析等技术，研究产业空间格局对产业转型的响应过程，探讨二者之间耦合关系演变特征；三是采用社会网络分析和产业生态分析等方法，研究"产业转型-要素集散-空间响应"之间的正负反馈关系，揭示它们之间的相互作用机理；四是提出成长型都市圈产业转型及其空间响应的调控途径。理论意义在于揭示成长型都市圈产业转型的空间响应过程及机理，回答什么样的产业空间组织能够适应成长型都市圈产业转型要求；实践意义在于优选徐州都市圈产业转型及其空间组织路径，为促进成长型都市圈产业健康发展和合理布局提供科学依据。

新常态背景下，有关都市圈研究存在以下问题：缺乏能够有效解释都市圈发展规律的理论成果，都市圈尺度系统性研究不足，新技术新方法应用不够等。本项目通过构建多维视角的都市圈产业转型空间响应研究框架，整合空间分析等新方法，开展成长型都市圈相关研究，主要研究如下：.（1）成长型都市圈产业转型时空格局研究。基于工业、农业、服务业等不同行业维度，揭示了成长型都市圈产业结构转型程度的“核心-边缘型”格局变化特征。.（2）成长型都市圈产业转型空间响应测度及特征研究。研究发现：成长型都市圈产业结构转型的经济增长效应呈现中心城市强而外围弱的格局；产业结构合理化对外围城市能源消耗和环境污染的影响远高于核心城市，而高级化影响则呈相反特征；产业结构转型城镇空间响应有增强趋势，且呈现以地级市市区为中心的多极化格局。.（3）成长型都市圈产业转型与其空间响应的耦合关系研究。研究发现：制造业分工推动了都市圈空间组织的演变，而都市圈空间组织的演变又对制造业分工起到引导作用，二者并没有形成良好的协调发展关系。.（4）成长型都市圈产业转型空间响应的影响因素研究。研究发现：对外开放、经济水平、创新能力、政府调控能力是徐州都市圈产业结构转型城镇空间响应的主要影响因素，各个因素影响作用程度各异，均呈减弱趋势。.（5）成长型都市圈产业转型空间响应的地域类型及调控研究。研究发现：徐州都市圈可划分为强响应、中度响应、弱响应3类区域，其中强响应型区域以产业结构高级化转型与城镇体系完善为调控重点；中度响应型区域以产业结构与城镇空间结构重构优化为调控重点；弱响应型区域以产业发展与城镇化的空间集聚为调控重点。.科学意义：本项目构建了多维视角下成长型都市圈产业结构转型空间响应的研究体系，拓展了区域经济地理研究和城市地理研究的新视角。同时，传统的都市圈研究多从空间结构与组织分工的视角展开，而本项目从产业-生态-空间耦合视角开展成长型都市圈产业转型及其空间响应研究，拓展了区域协同发展研究领域。
