我国再生性资源型城市空间异质性与产业转型比较研究

As the object of regenerative and resources-based city in China, the project takes the generality and diversity of the industrial transformation of resource based cities as a scientific problem from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity, and break through the paradigm of the past, focusing on the transformation of resource based cities from the perspective of time. The main research contents in this project are as follows: (1) establish the evaluation model of spatial heterogeneity and industrial transformation, and based on this, summarizes the regularity and characteristics of time and space dimensions of the two. (2)Using mathematical statistics analysis, spatial relation analysis and GIS model, it reveals the relationship of spatial heterogeneity and industry transformation, and variable nature and status of different spatial heterogeneity indexes in influencing industrial transformation, then puts forward the relationship hypothesis by revealing the regularity and difference. (3) Using black-box analysis and network analysis method, it explores the mechanism of spatial heterogeneity on industry transformation. (4) using the method of comparative analysis, it discusses the generality and diversity of industry transformation of regenerative and resources- based city, and puts forward control measures. In theory and method, it establishes the measurement framework of spatial heterogeneity, in order to revealing the generality and diversity of regenerative and resources-based city which can clear the regional dependence law of industry transformation; in practice, it provides scientific basis for enhancing the ability of industrial transformation for regenerative and resources-based city.

以中国再生性资源型城市为实证对象，从空间异质性视角，研究资源型城市产业转型的共性与多样性，突破以往侧重从时间维度研究转型问题的范式。主要研究内容：一是建立空间异质性与产业转型测度模型，并据此分析归纳二者时空变化的规律和特征；二是借用数理统计、空间关联、GIS模型等方法揭示二者的关联关系，求证不同空间异质性指标变量在影响产业转型中的变量性质和地位，探讨二者之间关联作用的共有规律和差异性，提出二者“关系假说”；三是依据“关系假说”，采用网络分析和黑箱分析相结合方法，探究空间异质性对产业转型的作用机制；四是采用比较分析方法探讨再生性资源型城市产业转型的共性与多样性，并提出调控对策。理论意义在于尝试建立一套用于空间异质性测度的指标体系和模型，初步揭示我国再生性资源型城市产业转型的共性与多样性；实践意义在于为我国再生性资源型城市产业转型发展和规划实践提供一定的理论依据。

高质量发展背景下，有关再生性资源型城市研究存在以下问题：缺少有关资源型城市空间异质性对产业转型作用机制研究；资源型城市空间异质性的系统性研究不足。本项目通过构建多维视角下再生性资源型城市空间异质性与产业转型研究框架，整合统计分析与空间分析等方法，开展再生性资源型城市空间异质性对产业转型作用机理研究，主要研究如下：.（1）再生性资源型城市空间异质性特征研究。基于经济水平、要素集聚、创新能力、城市功能等不同维度，从地理区位、城市规模、资源类型3个方面揭示出再生性资源型城市空间异质性特征。.（2）再生性资源型城市产业转型特征研究。研究期内再生性资源型城市产业转型呈加快趋势，但各城市产业转型差异呈扩大趋势。结构转型速度加快，但差异缩小；效率转型增强，且差异扩大；生态转型主要体现为产业绿色水平提升，但差异扩大。.（3）再生性资源型城市空间异质性与产业转型耦合关系研究。研究发现：产业转型与要素集聚耦合协调关系呈增强趋势，其与创新能力的耦合关系由濒临失调到勉强协调的阶段变迁，但协调程度仍较低；其与城市功能之间的耦合协调程度呈递减态势。.（4）空间异质性视角再生性资源型城市产业转型比较研究。区位优越的城市，产业转型速度快，合理化、高级化程度高，产业转型的经济效应、空间效应减弱，结构性减速明显，不同区位城市产业转型影响因素不同，经济水平是主导因素；城市规模越大，产业转型速度越快，经济效应减弱越明显，环境影响大，市场化、政府调控对中等城市影响显著；能源类、金属类、非金属类、森工类和综合类城市产业转型速度、合理化、高级化差异大，经济效应以综合类城市显著，环境效应以森工类城市显著。.科学意义：本项目构建了多维视角下再生性资源型城市空间异质性与产业转型耦合作用研究框架，拓展了资源地理、经济地理研究的新视角。同时，既往的相关研究多关注资源枯竭型城市或单个城市转型视角研究，而本项目从空间-产业耦合视角开展再生性资源型城市空间异质性对产业转型作用机制研究，拓展了资源型城市转型发展研究新领域。
