This study focuses on the core process and technical measures of credit management. Firstly, the signification of credit is discussed and then a repeated game is used to model the process of value increasing. Secondly, the unavailability of credit standing in Chinese market is examined through case analisis. Thirdly, the distribution of cridit data is investigated and some suitable modes for credit information management are suggested. Fourthly, a viewpoint that constitution of database is core process of credit information management, is introduced. Fifthly, technical measures of credit information management are studied and a hierarchyical system model of credit investigation is designed. The key contributions of this disquisition are as follows: preconditions and course analisis of credit value incrising; dynamical mechanism for credit information publicity and communion; suitable model of credit database for Chinese market and commercial credit information management actulization.
