项目治理均衡对项目绩效的影响机制研究——基于跨组织合作创新项目的实证研究

Project governance is regarded as the key consideration to project performance.The compensation of several governance mechanism is very important because of the contractual incompleteness of the cross-organizational cooperative innovation project.Most concerns have centered on the contract governance or project governance structure so far,few studies have been concerned with the interaction among several kinds of project governance mechanism and its influence mechanism on project performance, which not only has led to the contradiction between research results of different scholars, but also results in the want of a sound theoretical basis of the governance of cooperative innovation project. .By combining the research production of interorganizational relationship governance theory and project governance theory, we construct a preliminary theoretical model for the effect mechanism of project governance equilibrium on project performance. We deepen the theoritical model from direct effect of project governance equilibrium on project performance to moderating-effect and mediating-effect models. By adopting the method of structural equation models, we will confirm these hypothesis: The greater the level of governance equilibrium among authoritative governance、Contractual governance and relationship governance, the higher the level of the project performance. The relationship between project governance equilibrium and project performance not only will be mediated by System robustness、project governability and inter-organizational learning capability, but also will be moderated by uncertainty and the transferring demands of tacit knowledge. Using the the method of cluster analysis to reveal the matching relationships between project characteristics and governance mechanism, the alternative model of governance forms of cross-organizational cooperative innovation project will be established..The originality of our research lies in the revealing of the causes、conditions、influence factors and means of the influence of project governance equilibrium on project performance. This program will not only promote the development and integration of project governance theory, but also improve performance of cross-organizational cooperative innovation project by helping to optimize the governance structure. Besides that, it will be usefully for helping to optimize the complex project governance structure of other realms.

多种治理机制的相互补充对于提升跨组织合作创新项目的绩效具有关键作用。然而，迄今为止有关权威、契约、关系等多种治理机制交互作用关系及其对项目绩效影响机制的研究还很缺乏。.基于交易成本、组织学习、社会网络的三重视角提出权威、契约、关系等机制形成治理均衡及其对项目绩效影响机制的基本理论模型，并通过增加中介变量描述项目治理均衡影响项目绩效的过程，增加调节变量描述项目治理均衡影响项目绩效的不同条件；围绕理论模型提出各种研究假设，运用结构方程建模的方法对研究假设进行实证研究，系统研究多种治理机制之间的交互作用机制及其影响项目绩效的原因、条件、影响因素及作用方式，揭示项目治理均衡对项目绩效的影响机制；在此基础上，通过聚类分析和案例研究建立基于项目特征的项目治理模式选择方法。.该研究不仅将推动项目治理理论和组织际关系治理理论的整合与发展，同时将为各类复杂项目的组织治理提供理论支撑。

多种治理机制的相互补充对于提升跨组织合作创新项目的绩效具有关键作用。然而，迄今为止有关权威、契约、关系等多种治理机制交互作用关系及其对项目绩效影响机制的研究还很缺乏。.本项目以跨组织合作创新项目为对象，运用贝叶斯网络模型、分层线性模型等方法，对权威、契约、关系等三种治理机制的交互作用关系，项目治理均衡对项目创新绩效的综合作用机制，项目治理均衡影响项目创新绩效的中介效应和调节效应等进行了实证研究。研究揭示了契约治理、关系治理对合作创新项目不同绩效指标的影响，揭示当项目创新度与复杂度的变化对契约治理以及关系治理有效性的影响，揭示了团队社会资本对变革型领导影响团队创新绩效的调节作用；同时还揭示了组织层面因素与个体层面因素影响个体知识共享行为的跨层次作用机制。.该项目研究成果的应用能够有效提高跨组织合作创新项目的治理水平，同时也能为各类复杂项目的组织治理提供理论支撑。
