城市生活垃圾分类收集与资源化

For problems of separate collection and resources of municipal solid waste, the importance and science of the various stages in the process for disposal of municipal solid waste by the TV series are introduced and elaborated from the point of view of science and social management. To raise awareness of municipal solid waste pollution and the current difficulties in the municipal solid waste disposal, China's municipal solid waste composition, hazards and pollution status are investigated and displayed centrally, treatment process of municipal solid waste are expounded scientifically and systematically, advanced garbage recycling technology, the separate collection and the relevant laws and regulations of the developed countries are described, the main problems of garbage disposal in China are analyzed deep, the consensus that the separate waste collection is premise of the resources is reached. And on this basis, how to classify garbage is guided scientifically. The concept of environmental protection that the common concern of the whole society and everyone involved are the key to realizing municipal solid waste into the resources is proposed. Good publicity, education and guidance on solving the garbage problem of pollution and realizing municipal solid waste into the resources are provided by the implementation of the project.

本项目针对目前我国城市生活垃圾分类收集与资源化处理这一难题，本片拟从科学和社会管理学的角度，介绍并阐明城市垃圾处置流程各阶段的重要性和科学性。通过集中调查展示我国城市生活垃圾的构成、危害及其污染现状，科学系统地阐述生活垃圾主要处理工艺，介绍发达国家先进的生活垃圾资源化技术、分类收集措施与相关法律法规，深入剖析我国生活垃圾处理存在的主要问题，提高人们对生活垃圾对生态环境与人类健康的危害性、目前国内生活垃圾处理存在的困难、治理生活垃圾污染的经济与环境代价等问题的深刻认识，从而达成解决我国垃圾污染、实现垃圾资源化的前提是首先实行垃圾分类收集这一共识，并在此基础上，对垃圾如何分类进行科学指导，提出实现垃圾资源化必须全社会共同关注、人人参与的环保理念，从而提升公众对城市垃圾的科学认知及其环境保护和社会安全意识。本项目实施将为我国从根本上解决垃圾污染问题、实现垃圾资源化提供良好的宣传、教育与指导。
