指导专家组调研和组织学术交流会费用

Microevolution focuses on the polymorphism within populations, on their fitness consequences and contributions to the organismal phenotypes. The National Natural Science Foundation of China launched a "Major Research Projects", entitled “Multi-genic interactions driving micro-evolutionary processes". This research proposal plans to characterize the genomic and transcriptomic differences between phenotypically diverse individuals, aiming to address the genetic basis of complex phenotypic evolution and understand the relationships between genetic variations and phenotypic differentiation. The advances in this work will allow a more detailed description of the evolutionary theory constructed upon molecular genetics and help facilitate the evolutionary theory to a much higher level. According to the management of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, we established the expert guidance groups, who will undertake the whole "plan" top-level design, grasp the direction of academic research projects, academic progress and academic guidance. In order to complete this project successfully, we will apply for 2 million yuan, which will be used for investigation and organization of expert groups and related academic exchanges.

针对生物变异的源头和适应环境的基础—微进化（microevolution）这一重要的研究领域，国家自然科学基金委员会启动了《微进化过程的多基因作用机制》重大研究计划，通过分析微进化过程中表型变异生物的基因组及转录组，阐明复杂表型变异的遗传机制，以期建立遗传变异与表型变异之间的相互关系，使进化理论奠定在更坚实的遗传学基础上，推动进化理论的进一步发展与完善。为了更好地执行本重大研究计划，根据《国家自然科学基金重大研究计划管理办法》，成立指导专家组，由指导专家组承担整个“计划”的顶层设计、学术方向的把握、在研项目学术指导和进展跟踪、学术总结等任务。为使专家组成员充分发挥督导作用，特提出本项目申请，申请经费200万元将用于专家组调研和组织相关学术交流。

本项目在2017、2018两年中，由基金委主办，中国科学院北京基因组研究所承办组织了两次项目年度交流暨学术研讨会及专家组会议。2018年1月16日至19日，在舟山组织召开了2017年度交流暨学术研讨会，此次年度交流会促进了项目负责人与指导专家之间的学术交流，会议还邀请了海内外6位微进化领域专家，以不同物种作为研究对象，围绕理论和技术等方面介绍了物种进化研究取得的新进展，做了精彩专题报告，给微进化领域的研究人员提供了一个交流和讨论的机会。2018年12月21日至24日，在宜昌组织召开了2018年度集成项目讨论会，集成项目负责人及骨干进行了汇报，专家组成员认真听取报告后，对各项目的研究进展发表了指导性的意见，此外，还初步探讨了2019年度结题总结事宜并对“微进化”未来研究进行了展望。
