The research topics attaches great importance to the insulation performance of traditional research contents and methods, while around thermal heat preservation performance to carry out innovative research work, put forward a new method and new formula for slurry nanometer dispersant, analyzing solid content, film thickness, film location and other factors to influence the heat preservation performance of the coating glass ,bottleneck problem of heat insulation and thermal heat preservation performance of coated glass is to solve and improve at the same time, and compare the thermal test of the coated glass and other types of glass, test insulation coating glass insulation effect on human thermal comfort in the actual construction. This study laid the foundation for climate adaptability and application range of insulation coating glass .
提高门窗的隔热保温性能,对于提升室内人体舒适度,降低建筑能耗有着重要的意义。建筑醇性隔热涂膜玻璃具有良好的近红外阻隔率,可见光透过率和隔热性能,但因其保温性能较差,而限制了在夏热冬冷、寒冷地区的应用。. 本课题在重视隔热性能传统研究内容及方法的同时,围绕涂膜隔热玻璃的保温性开展创新性研究工作,提出新型浆料分散方法并辅以新型配方对浆料进行纳米级分散,分析固含量、涂膜厚度、涂膜位置等因素对涂膜玻璃保温性能的影响,解决涂膜玻璃的隔热性能与保温性能难以同时提升的瓶颈难题,并对涂膜玻璃与其他类型玻璃的热工性能进行对比测试,在实际建筑中测试隔热保温涂膜玻璃对人体热舒适的影响。该研究为提升涂膜隔热玻璃的气候适应性和应用范围奠定基础。
