利用本课题组已建立的人膀胱移行细胞癌PUMC-91细胞系临床泌系统肿瘤的活检标本及石蜡切片，采用免疫组化及分子生物学技术对多种癌基因表达及人乳头状瘤病毒感染状态进行检测，以及比较分析两者之关系从而寻找它们内在的联系。
