Self-healing concrete technology has increasingly received widespread attention in recent years, and several approaches have been proposed. Some of them have been proven partially effective. However, there are few in-depth study on the rational theory and modelling. According to the applicant's findings, although some scholars have tried to establish some theory from phenomenal point of view, there is few research work related to a relatively complete theoretical explanation to the self-healing technology in order to guide the design of self-healing concrete materials. The proposed project, combined with micro and macro scale approach, investigates the influence of the function of microcapsules to the microstructure of concrete materials through micro scale tests (micro XCT, MIP et al). The parameters relevant to the recovery of strength and permeability of concrete materials are extracted. A model of concrete performance recovery is to be suggested. Through tests on simulating capsules, the effect mechanism of capsule materials and the interface behavior between capsules and concrete are investigated. The interaction between capsule and concrete is modeled. The influencing mechanism of multiple capsules is then studied. The mechanical model and the smeared electrochemical model for multiple capsules are proposed. The influence of microcapsules on the macro performance recovery is investigated, and to lay the foundation for the design of microcapsule based self-healing concrete materials.
混凝土自修复技术近年日益得到广泛关注,并陆续提出了若干种技术手段,得到部分修复效果的验证,但很少有深入的机理性理论研究。以申请人的调研结果看,虽然有些学者试图从理论角度建立若干以为相为基础的宏观模型,试图进一步研究其作用机理,还没有学者针对混凝土材料自修复技术给出较完整的理论解释以便能指导自修复材料的设计。本项目针对此问题,结合宏微观尺度,通过微观试验考察微胶囊对混凝土内部微结构的变化影响,提取与强度及渗透性等宏观性能相关联的参数表证;建立基于微胶囊的混凝土性能修复模型;通过模拟胶囊的试验,研究胶囊材料、胶囊与混凝土界面参数的影响机制;建立胶囊与混凝土基体的相互作用模型;进而考察混凝土中多胶囊影响机制,建立多胶囊力学分析模型及离子传输电化学弥散分析模型。确立微胶囊对混凝土宏观性能回复的影响规律,为基于微胶囊的混凝土自修复材料设计奠定基础。
