本项目重点研究雌激素和Islet-1对鸡胚背根神经节（DRG）神经元的增殖、凋亡和分化过程的影响，探讨调控DRG发育的细胞内因子Islet-1和细胞外调控因子雌激素之间的作用关系和机理。通过研究DRG中雌激素受体与Islet-1表达的关系，外源雌激素对DRG中Islet-1表达的影响，探讨雌激素及其受体对DRG发育过程中Islet-1表达的调节。同时，探讨Islet-1基因沉默情况下DRG发育的情
