领先企业打压下新兴企业技术创新博弈机制分析与策略优化研究

Currently, the competition becomes increasingly fierce between developed countries and emerging economies. With the improvement of technology innovation capability and the enhancement of market competitiveness, start-up firms gradually threaten the economic order that has been built by leading firms. As a result, start-up firms are often suppressed by leading firms through intellectual property rights, prices and mergers, which yields that their new technologies or new products with a great deal of effort can only lead to an extremely low return. To this end, by virtue of game theory, in consideration of leading firms’ suppression, the project investigates start-up firms’ technology innovation countermeasures systematically and deeply. First, given leading firms’ suppression of intellectual property rights, this project designs coping strategies including carrying out substitutive technology innovation independently, conducting radical technology innovation with government support or under cooperation with other firms for a start-up firm, and makes a further analysis and comparison of these strategies’ effects. Second, under price suppression, we design coping strategies including implementing product innovation to open up a new market, seeking the government’s help on market cultivation and collaboratively developing technology innovation and service innovation, and then analyze each strategy’s application scenarios. Finally, for merger suppression, we design, analyze and compare coping strategies including executing upstream and downstream alliance, horizontal merger and antitrust investigation. Through the study, it is expected to enrich the theory on the management of start-up firms’ technology innovation and to provide theoretical guidance for start-up firms to resist the suppression of leading firms.

当今，发达国家与新兴经济体之间的竞争愈演愈烈。随着技术创新能力的提升，新兴企业的市场竞争力不断增强，逐渐威胁到领先企业构建的经济秩序，常遭到领先企业的知识产权打压、价格打压和并购打压，导致新兴企业付出艰辛努力培育出的新技术或新产品收益甚微。为此，本项目考虑来自领先企业的打压，利用博弈论对新兴企业技术创新应对策略进行系统深入的研究。首先，针对知识产权打压，为后发企业设计自主开展替代性技术创新、政府支持以及与其他企业合作下开展突破性技术创新应对策略，并分析比较每种策略的效果。其次，针对价格打压，设计进行产品创新以开辟新市场、政府市场培育政策支持、协同开展技术创新和服务创新应对策略，并分析每种策略的适用情景。最后，针对并购打压，设计、分析和比较组建上下游联盟、横向合并、反垄断调查三种应对策略。通过本项目的研究，以期丰富新兴企业技术创新管理理论，并为新兴企业抵御领先企业打压提供理论指导。

随着新兴经济体的快速发展，其与发达国家之间竞争愈加激烈，新兴企业常遭领先企业的各种打压和遏制。本项目利用博弈模型，在领先企业竞争和打压下，分析新兴企业的技术创新应对策略。首先，本项目对博弈论相关理论进行研究，将博弈理论放在动态演化过程视角进行分析，分别考虑了局部垄断近似方法和外推预测技术对均衡选择结果的影响。其次，本项目研究了最低质量标准对位于不同国家的两个竞争企业进入决策的影响，其中一企业要想进入国外市场，其质量必须不低于某标准。再次，本项目考虑在竞争环境下，企业如何选择技术创新策略以降低其边际生产成本，即是选择高风险高回报的新技术还是选择低风险低回报的新技术。本项目丰富了企业面临被打压情景下的技术创新理论。
