利用微细透析技术测定玻璃体术后家兔玻璃体内抗氧化物质--维生素C的含量,认识玻切术后体内产生并进行玻璃体内维生素C含量的规律。同时观察玻切术前后等不同阶段视网膜的形态及功能的改变;利用静注维生素C或玻璃体填充物内填加维生素C等方法,来减少玻璃体内抗氧化物质对晶状体的保护作用。.
