多维城镇化视角下城市生态系统演化机理及保护策略研究

At present, the construction of new urbanization and ecological civilization is being promoted in China, and how to protect the urban ecosystem and explore the evolution mechanism of urban ecosystem are the issues that urgently need to be addressed for the management of current national urban ecosystem. This project, from the perspective of multidimensional urbanization, adopts a multidisciplinary approach to research the urban ecosystem theoretically and practically. The main work includes: (1) based on the composite characteristic of “nature, economy and society” in urban ecosystem, the project builds a evaluation index system of urban ecosystem; (2) the quantitative evaluation model of urban ecosystem is established to reveal the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of urban ecosystem; (3) with the perspective of multidimensional urbanization (population agglomeration dimension, urban spatial expansion dimension, non-agricultural industry growth dimension, urban consciousness shift dimension), the influencing mechanism of multidimensional urbanization on the changes of urban ecosystem (natural subsystem, ecological subsystem, social subsystem) are analyzed; (4) the project, on the basis of the theory of public governance, researches the management strategies of sustainable urban ecosystem; (5) combined with the specific city (Wuhan), the application for the evolution mechanism of urban ecosystem is eventually studied. These studies will illustrate the evolution rule of urban ecosystem, further consummate the theory and method system of national urban ecosystem protection, and provide scientific basis for the government to formulate the management policies of sustainable urban ecosystem.

当前，我国正在推进新型城镇化和生态文明建设，如何保护城市生态系统，探讨城市生态系统演化机理，是当前我国城市生态系统管理急需解决的一个问题。本项目从多维城镇化视角，采用多学科交叉的研究方法，研究：（1）基于城市生态系统“自然-经济-社会”复合特征，构建城市生态系统评价指标体系；（2）建立城市生态系统定量评估模型，揭示城市生态系统时空演变特征；（3）基于多维城镇化视角（人口集聚维度、城镇空间扩张维度、非农产业增长维度、城镇意识转变维度），分析不同维度城镇化进程对城市生态系统（自然子系统、生态子系统、社会子系统）变化的影响和作用机理；（4）运用公共治理理论，研究可持续的城市生态系统管理策略；（5）结合具体的城市（武汉市），研究城市生态系统演化机理的应用。这些研究将揭示城市生态系统演化规律，进一步完善我国城市生态系统保护的理论和方法体系，为政府制定可持续的城市生态系统管理政策提供科学依据。

如何促进城市生态系统保护与城市发展的协调，是当前新型城镇化及生态文明建设背景下迫切需要解决的问题。本项目从多维城镇化视角，采用多学科交叉的研究方法，探讨城市生态系统演化的机理，研究可持续的城市生态系统管理策略。主要成果包括：（1）搭建了长江经济带城镇化与生态系统服务价值评估数据平台；（2）构建城市生态系统评估体系，开展了长江经济带、武汉市等案例区域的生态系统服务的评估工作，并揭示了其变化特征；（3）系统揭示了生态系统服务变化的影响因素；（4）分析了多维城镇化的内涵，评估了长江经济带2009-2016年城镇化指数，研究了其动态变化特征及与生态系统服务变化的互动关系；（5）评估了不同政策对生态系统服务的影响，为城市生态系统保护政策的制定提供支撑。依托本基金项目，已发表期刊论文9篇，其中SCI论文6篇，中文期刊论文3篇。6篇SCI论文WOS核心集被引208次，篇均被引35次；以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文5篇，其中4篇为中科院SCI一区TOP论文，1篇为SCI二区论文。另有已接收期刊论文1篇；投稿处于审核或返修阶段的论文5篇。该基金项目的主要研究成果获得第十二届湖北省优秀社会科学成果奖二等奖1次。研究成果还得到湖北省国土空间规划局、武汉市自然资源和规划局的应用，核心理念和方法也运用到主持人主持的武汉、鄂州、云梦等地的实际研究及规划设计实践中。
