CVB1/3表位的重组、真核表达及其对心肌炎的作用

为证实CVB的BC环为中和抗原表位，以CVB3的BC环的核酸序列为突变引物，用基因定点突变际踅淝逗现罜VB1，以蛋白印迹及中和试验阐明其免疫原性。构建CVB1/3VP1嵌合表位的真核表达系统，以蛋白印迹、ELISA及中和试验阐明其免疫性状，以病毒攻击保护实验探讨其孕募⊙椎淖饔谩Ｎ狢VB嵌合表位核酸疫苗提供理论依据。
