心理性应激致卵巢功能失调及中药整合调节的机理研究

With developing of studying on stress, people are getting to pay attention to the relationships between stress and medicine, social and psychologic factors affecting human body ,and psychologic stress and psychosomatic disorder. People notice that unfit long-term factors of social and psychologic in human body may be a stimulus inducing unbalance of neuroimmunoendocrine network ,missing homeostasis, becoming second health ,even psychosomatic disorder from health .Reproductive endocrine system is sensitive to stress. Psychologic stress may induce reproductive endocrine disorder in woman and induce sub-functional ovarian endocrine ,such as menoschesis, menstruation disorder , infertility, and ovarian senium praecox, and so on .This kind of diseases in gynecology is bothering and decreasing health or living quality. So traditional Chinese medicine is playing important roles on adjusting endocrine disorder in woman ,basing on a characteristic of integrating control and multiple factors control in human body. The study is to observe the effects of kidney tonifying herb , liver dispersing herb , blood circulating herb , blood cooling herb , respectively, on ovarian endocrine functions ,by a model that is established by a complex stimulus of sound，light　and　electricity to bring about psychologic stress and induce　dysfunction on ovarian endocrine functions in female rats. The results show that psychologic stress may destroy the balance of monoamine neurotransmitter in hippocampi where is sensitive to stress ,decreasing NE, increasing 5-HT, decreasing the content of GnRH in hypothalamus. And psychologic stress induce increasing of β-EP in hypothalamus, decreasing GnRH in hypothalamus and FSH and LH in anterior pituitary ,decreasing the number of E2R in hypothalamus and anterior pituitary .Ovarian endocrine functions disorder is basic on above-mentioned mechanisms. The study shows effects of kidney tonifying herb which is excell to other kinds of herb .The study is basic on the modern model of medicine .It expands the study domain of reproductive health ,supplies an ideal of animal model on studying medicine of prevention and cure to ovarian endocrine functions disorder ,and establishes a strong foundation of exploiting flavonoids extracted from the Semen Cuscutae .
