In this project, we tried to stimulate the cryogenic phase separation process using TDGL method based on modulus contract model. The preliminary stimulation results explained some fundamental questions about the cryogenic induced phase separation (CIPS) of polymer aqueous solutions, and provide keys to the control of pore structures within the microporous materials produced by CIPS method. Phase diagrams of Chitosan and PVA aqueous solutions under 0°C were obtained by DSC test. The pore structures of microporous materials by CIPS was studied by SEM. The results indicated that within certain range of temperatures, lowering the quenching temperature will reduce the pore sizes of the materials, and lowering the concentration of the polymer solution will increase the porosity. The culture of Porcin Chondrocyte on Chitosan/gelatin microporous scaffolds by CIPS showed encouraging results for the biomedical applications of CIPS porous materials.
自制冷台、应用小角激光散射法仔细观察可聚糖、明胶、聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯基哔咯酮等聚合物水溶液在冷冻时的相分离情况,绘制体系相图。同时用基于模量反差模型的TDGL方法对冷冻相分离过程进行模拟计算。对照实验结果修正理论模型,为用冷冻相分离制备聚合物微孔材料提供理论指导。并尝试用冷冻相分离方法研究聚合物共混体系的相容性。
