地黄苷及其类似物的全合成研究

Rehmannia glutinosa libosch is used as a Chinese Traditional medicinal herb for a variety of ailments such as anemia, dizziness and constipation. Rehmannia contains the vitamins A, B, C, and D, as well as other useful compounds, such as iridoid glycosides, catalpol, Rehmannioside A ,D that have been shown to effectively decrease the blood pressure, blood fat and blood sugar. There is no a common strategy that facilitate the efficient and rapid syntheses of these compounds...We plan to develop an efficiency strategy to construct the skeleton of iridoids. The key steps are regioselective and stereoselective 2+2 intromoleculer Photoaddition and Gold(I)-Catalyzed Glycosylation developed by our group. Rehmanniosides and their Analogues will be synthesis by the above strategy.

地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa libosch)为我国著名的"四大怀药"之一，是药用价值很高的滋阴补血类中药，活性十分广泛。环烯醚萜苷类化合物梓醇苷，地黄苷A，D是其中的最重要的成分，具有降脂降压降、低血糖的作用。 但是迄今为止还没有一条通用的路线可以高效的合成此类化合物。..本项目采用手性诱导的立体专一性的分子间2+2光反应来构建环烯醚萜的双环骨架，采用本组发展的金催化的糖苷化反应为关键反应来构建环烯醚萜苷的糖苷键，发展出一条高效通用的路线合成环烯醚萜苷类化合物，并以此为基础完成代表化合物梓醇的不对称全合成。
