经济不确定性、企业投融资行为及经济后果研究

This project aims at investigating uncertainty in economic operation and its impact on corporate activities, and included are the categories, sources and measurement of economic uncertainty. Since the 2007-2009 global financial crisis broke out, economic uncertainty has attracted the attention of both regulators, academics, and professionals. An literature on the uncertainty and corporate investment has emerged, but similar studies in China has been rare. The principal investigator of this project has studied information uncertainty in securties investment, and based on this experience, this project will study the impact of economic uncertainty on corporate financing and investing decisions, and its economic consequences. The outputs of this project can shed light on business cycle and economic turbulance, and help corporations to better handle uncertainty in decision-making.

本课题拟研究经济环境中的不确定性（Uncertainty），包括不确定性的种类、来源及计量。自2007-2009国际金融危机发生以来，经济中的不确定性引起了国际学术界和实务界的广泛关注，不确定性对企业投资、融资、雇佣、产出的研究日益增多。但关于经济不确定性的研究在我国国内尚属罕见。在主申请人关于信息不确定性研究的基础上，本课题将不确定性扩展到经济运行不确定性和经济政策不确定性，并在此基础上研究不确定性对我国企业投融资行为和企业未来经营业绩的影响。本课题的研究成果一方面可以帮助企业应对不确定的经济环境，另一方面可以帮助我们更好地理解经济波动的产生和发展。
