第八届全国有机化学学术会议

The 8th National Organic Chemistry Conference (8th OCC) will be organized by Southwest University, it covers the following topics: Natural Products Chemistry, Organic Synthetic Chemistry, Physical Organic Chemistry, Organometallic Chemistry, Elementary Organic Chemistry, Bioorganic Chemistry, Chemical biology, Supramolecular Chemistry, Organic Analytical Chemistry, Organic Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Material Chemistry and other related field. The organizer of 8th OCC will invite famous foreign experts and domestic scholars including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, talents from" Overseas high-level talents introduction plan", the program of "One Hundred Talented People" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists, as well as the Cheung Kong Scholars. Domestic and foreign well-known chemical, pharmaceutical and chemicial engineering enterprises including the American Chemical Society (ACS), Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) and European Elsevier company as well as some famous publishers and magazines such as Org. Lett. and J. Org. Chem. will also attend the conference to present current research being carried out in organic chemistry and relevant scientific fields with a extensive and thorough communication. The delegates are estimated about 3000 people. This conference will represent a top level in communication of current developments in organic chemistry in China, and provide a high-level communication platform with good opportunities for the delegates including scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical and chemical industries and other enterprises all around China to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. It will inevitably promote the industrialization development of organic chemistry in the fields of pharmaceutical and chemical industries. It also will exert special and positive effect to promote the transformation of basic chemistry research toward application development and the industrialization of scientific research achievements in organic chemistry, strengthen the services of universities and research institutes for enterprises, and boost the integration of "production, learning and research".

第八届全国有机化学学术会议由西南大学承办，会议讨论内容涉及天然产物化学、有机合成化学、物理有机化学、金属有机化学、元素有机化学、生物有机化学、化学生物学、超分子化学、有机分析化学、有机药物化学、有机材料化学等相关领域。大会将邀请国内外著名学者，包括外国专家、两院院士、“千人计划”、长江学者和国家杰出青年基金获得者，国内外知名医药化工企事业包括美国化学会、美国化学文摘社、欧洲Elsevier公司等，以及知名出版社和杂志社等，预计与会代表达3000人，就有机化学及相关科学领域的新成就进行广泛深入的交流。本届会议将代表当前中国有机化学研究的一流水平，为有机化学工作者和企事业界提供一个高水平的交流平台。该大会必将促进有机化学在医药化工等多领域的产业化发展，尤其对推动基础化学研究向化学应用研究的转变，强化有机化学科研成果的转化，加强高校与科研院所为企业服务，促进产学研一体化具有特别的重要意义。

中国化学会第八届有机化学学术会议暨首届重庆有机化学国际研讨会于2013年10月17-20日在重庆国际会议展览中心隆重召开。本届会议由中国化学会、国家自然科学基金委、重庆市科学技术协会主办，西南大学承办，第三军医大学、重庆大学、重庆医科大学、重庆师范大学协办。会议讨论内容涉及天然产物化学、有机合成化学、物理有机化学、金属有机化学、元素有机化学、生物有机化学、化学生物学、超分子化学、有机分析化学、有机药物化学、有机材料化学等相关领域。国内外著名学者包括外国专家、两院院士、“千人计划”、“百人计划”、长江学者和国家杰出青年基金获得者等特别优秀人才近200人，国内外知名医药化工企事业包括美国化学会、美国化学文摘社、欧洲Elsevier公司，以及一些知名出版社和杂志社 (如Org. Lett., J. Org. Chem.) 等200多家，与会的国内外高校、科研院所、医药化工企事业单位代表达3000人，就有机化学及相关科学领域的新成就进行广泛深入的交流。本届会议以“化学创新与社会可持续和谐发展”为宗旨，是有机化学界历史上一次盛会，代表当前中国有机化学研究的一流水平，为有机化学工作者和医药化工企事业界提供一个高水平的交流平台。国家自然科学基金委员会领导陈拥军、杜灿屏、郑企雨、张艳，两院院士钱旭红、吴云东、周其林、涂永强、麻生明、丁奎岭、冯小明等，院士候选人杨丹、施章杰、王梅祥、谭仁祥等，国家“千人计划”，长江学者及杰青获得者，大学校长副校长及研究所所长副所长，国家重点实验室主任副主任及化学学院院长副院长，国内资深化学家，外国专家，重庆市政协、科协领导和西南大学校长等出席了会议。开幕式之后颁发了“維善天然产物合成化学奖”。该大会必将促进有机化学的纵深发展，对有机化学在医药、化工等多领域的产业化发展，尤其对推动基础化学研究向化学应用研究的转变，强化有机化学科研成果的转化，加强高校与科研院所为企业服务，促进“产学研”一体化具有重要意义。. 本次会议共收到会议论文近1400篇。安排了13个大会报告，158个分组邀请报告、102个口头报告和556个墙报展讲等，设有11个专题会场。与会期间，评选出30位优秀墙报奖。. 本届会议的组织工作获得与会代表的一致好评，会议组织者被授予中国化学会优秀学术交流组织奖。
